    My son and I both train at Kentucky Taekwondo and Fitness Academy, and we love it! The instructors are experienced and dedicated. They make an effort to get to know each student so that they can help the student achieve his or her best result. They are also excellent at coaching; seeing and tweaking small movements that make an extraordinary difference. Additionally, the other students are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

    Don’t have enough adjectives to describe the contribution of this place in our lives. Overflowing medals in my daughter’s room, abundance confidence in my son’s behavior demonstrate what this place can have an impact on people’s lives. Please bring your family if you want to learn Taekwando and build work ethics for kids. Love KYTKD! A piece of joy in Crestwood, KY.

    I highly recommend Kentucky Taekwondo and Fitness Academy for many reasons! My daughter Jianna started a little over a year ago and it has helped her tremendously with both confidence and staying active. They meet students where they are physically and help all levels strive to do their very best. It has been amazing watching my daughter do things she never thought her body could do. She’s done so well my husband has since started and they have a blast in family classes together. Best of all, the schedule is flexible and with so many options and days offered for classes, it can fit anyone’s schedule.

    Since my three children joined Kentucky Taekwondo and Fitness Academy at the beginning of the year, I have noticed an increase in respect, integrity, confidence, and muscle mass. They all (2 preteen girls and a 6 year old boy) love attending classes and have made great friends. My kids love seeing their progress through the changing of their belt colors, as they master the physical skills and knowledge to test for their next rank. I love that it is a safe, healthy, motivating environment with instructors who really care and push my children (and all students) to do their best. Also the birthday parties are literally the best parties my children have ever had!

    I can’t say enough good things about this program, which has turned into a big extended family. My kids have made relationships that I am hoping will last a lifetime, and I have made Mom friends as well. The instructors are FANTASTIC and most importantly, they teach morals, life lessons, and integrity on a daily basis throughout lessons. It’s the best money we have ever spent on an extracurricular activity. Worth every penny.

    This business is truly passionate about what they do. When you see people who are meant for a job, it's all the instructors here. They have established an environment that is welcoming, supportive, challenging, and built upon respect. This place is phenomenal for both kids and adults of all skill levels!

    I would highly recommend this for kids. My 4 and 6 year old take lessons and they really reinforce the values we teach at home like hygiene and cleanliness and respect. They have a cultural of respect and really do a great job at making new students feel included. The athletics are great and important but the good values they teach, especially respect for one another, really makes this more than worth the price.

    This is an amazing facility. The instructors get to know each child and how to keep them motivated and learning. My daughter has learned to keep her focus for a longer amount of time and has learned the importance of being a good leader in the community.

    My family joined this fantastic community this last summer. After just six months we have all gained stamina, flexibility, confidence, and some wonderful friends! The instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging and push everyone to be their best selves. I cannot sing this school’s praises enough and would encourage anyone looking to join martial arts to visit Kentucky Tae Kwon Do.
