I spent all day texting back and forth with Mike yesterday about doing a trade for a new four wheeler using my Polaris rzr to cover the deal. I sent pictures, videos, and met every single criteria that was asked of me. We had an agreed upon price. I told him that I wanted to make sure that all questioned were answered and handled before I took off from work, drove an hour and a half each direction. He said we were good. He said he would buy my rzr and if I wanted to I could buy his 4 wheeler. When I get there, they decided that they were going to offer me $3,500.00 less for my machine. The machine has a much higher book value than what we had agreed to already. Chris stated that it needed some work done to the rack and pinion box. He also said that the odometer having a low reading made it hard for him to do. Even though every bit of this was discussed in text messages back and forth before I ever loaded the piece of equipment on my trailer and made the drive. The customers there are ANYTHING but professional. They will lie and tell you whatever they need to to get you in the door. Once you are there, they do not care whether or not you are satisfied. Oh yeah, and like every dealership, your stuff is not worth anything, but theirs is gold. They were worried about my rack having a little play in it all while selling their Kawasaki brute force with bald tires and plastics scratched all to pieces for $1,000.00 over retail cost. Chris told me to leave but wanted to make sure I knew how to spell his name with a capital C. That is the mentality of these chumps. He then took a photo of my O******** ******* ***** and told me that he would write a review about my company as well. Lol Childish, unprofessional behavior. You go ahead and write your review Chris. In my world, when I tell you I am going to do something, I do it. I wouldn’t recommend these clowns to anyone. I tried twice to reach out to Dan Powers himself at the GM dealership. He couldn’t be bothered.
