            I purchased 12 decks of cards. They arrived damaged. I asked for a refund but was offered only a replacement (if I paid to send them back.) The policy on their site gives me a 60 day refund. I am unable to initiate a refund from my account page since they still don't show up as being delivered. They do not respond to my e-mails. There is no customer service phone number. This is for order #****************

            I read on their website that the cards are "Casino Quality" and when I got the product/cards, and discovered they were crap quality, I sent them the following email. "I got the order today, and I am not satisfied at all. Your website said your cards were “Casino Quality.” These cards are no where near casino quality. They are easily bendable, and I used to deal poker at a casino, and these cards are definitely not good quality." And they responded with, "That's ridiculous! Our playing cards are made by the ****** ****** ******* **** company in the USA. You are the first person in 20 years to make such an outrageous claim. What is your real problem - because the quality of our product is not it? And to insinuate our product is not of good quality!!!! -- well I have an answer for you I'm not going to print! Good day sir" They refused to take any accountability and/or responsibility, and said I was the first person in 2 decades who has complained about the problem. The response they gave me was completely disrespectful only after I gave some reasonable feedback, and to let them know that the quality was not as they say. furthermore, after everything, I do believe that they do this to hush customers who disagree with their product. I think this may be a scam. They tell customers on their page that the cards are "Casino Quality" only to be the worst quality I have ever seen.
