    I have ordered Chipotle from this location twice in 2 months hoping for better experiences from my previous 2 orders at a different location where I puked all night after eating it. The first order was on 8/30/24. I ordered my husband and I an entree and both of my kids a kids meal. My kids didn’t eat anything out of the kids meal besides the rice because the meat was so spicy. Should be advertised on the app. However they really don’t seem to have any meet kids can eat that isn’t spicy. Anyway, the biggest issue was my salad. Inedible. Barely a salad. It had so many hot beans on it, the tiny bit of lettuce they put in was wilted and hot. There had to have been multiple scoops of beans. I couldn’t get through a few bites and ended up throwing away mine and my kids food. Tried to reach out via the app for a refund and got no reply’s. Yesterday we tried again, my husband got a brisket bowl, I got a brisket kids meal and not no meat in a kids meal for my kid this time. Nothing for my other child who hated it last time. The brisket was so bad. Tasted tough like jerkey and over seasoned. I again reached out to the store about the food I threw away and all they gave me was a coupon. I want a refund of the over $40 in food I’ve thrown away in the last 2 months.
