  I came to the ****** around 5 Needed a case of water & some food To restock my fridge. Wasn’t open yet parked waited for the ****** to open at 6:30. I waited back in the sleeper;chillin.Round 5:47 am felt a slight jerk didn’t feel like much because my truck was in regen. Then a knock at my driver side. These guys had hooked to my truck. Then said the signs should be warning; but I am there to purchase FROM this store should I park out on the street to purchase? Then charged $400 to drop my truck. Big scam of a business with no regard for drivers. Another driver pulled in and told me they target drivers all the time in this area no questions asked. They are preying on drivers! & thats unfair. It all just seem like a big scam with this company. Very sketchy

  This is private property ****** has 20 plus signs all over there parking lot that say NO SEMI PARKING. They do not want heavy trucks in there parking lot or anyone sleeping in the lot. There is also a big neon green sign that has the price on the sign.

  Avoid at all costs, big scam. Had issue 2 times with them. They will charge you crazy amount of money hoping that you can’t pay so they can keep the truck. Seems like local law enforcement doesn’t really care about this scam, even though a lot of people been ripped off. Last thing that happened to my driver, he was parked next to ******, asked store manager where to park, he pointed for him. Tow truck came around 5:00am and hooked truck while he was sleeping inside and told him that store manager called them around 4:30am even though store is closed from 10:00pm to 6:00am. Charged us $425. 2 months before that they towed one truck from parking spot, driver wasn’t inside, and charged us $1400 to get it back. There is a lot of complaints and bad reviews for this company.

  These are private lot. If you leave your truck unattended or you are sleeping in the lot not conducting business the property owner has the right to have you truck removed or hooked up. In these lots there are lots of signs that say NO SEMI TRUCK PARKING TRUCKS. TRUCKS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER OR OPERATORS EXPENSE.

  He was told by store manager exactly where to park before they closed and you said they called you from the store even though store was closed, around 4:30-5:00am. Forcing us to pay $425.00 or you will not release the truck. Big scam! We are trying and hope that it will be made publicly, so everyone know what kind of scam you’re running just to take money from hard working truck drivers.

  This was my first time at this location & I was simply taking a short break while reviewing my logs. There was no visible signs showing "no parking". There were several trucks (more than 10 or 15) so I'm unsure why my truck was choosen out the bunch & I was inside my vehicle. This is a case in which I feel that I was targeted for some reason unbeknownst to me. The incident occurred with the tow truck driver slamming into my truck in an attempt to connect to my truck to tow my vehicle while I was inside. I had only been there for less than 30 minutes & was about to go into the gas station to purchase coffee & fuel. After pleading with the tow truck driver for several minutes & disregard his negative tone, I had to call the supervisor numerous times to ask for resolution with the $400 charge because it was completely biased because I was inside my vehicle. To no resolve it was stated that I still had to pay the $400 fee. The tow truck driver stated that he could only accept cash which made me question this request because it seemed questionable plus I didn't have that type of cash on me so I called the supervisor back & was informed that payment could be made via Zelle. Once payment was made the tow truck driver slammed my truck down & aggressively handed me the receipt. Again, this type of behavior displayed that it seemed more personal & that I was being targeted for some reason. I then went into the gas station to use the restroom & when I came out the same tow truck driver was inside the gas station telling the cashier clerk along with the customers inside my personal business. Stating things about my financial inability to pay & disclosing my overall personal information. I once again called the supervisor again to file a complaint about the tow truck driver. This is another example that proves that I was targeted for some reason by this particular tow truck driver because I did absolutely nothing wrong & was inside my vehicle.

  I worked at the gas station to get coffee and as soon as I came out, they hooked they’re towing truck to my truck And the said I have to pay $400 cash or I’m not allowed to leave And the driver sexually harassed me And was racist with me

  I don't think this person works at the ******** gas station because the gas station manager is the person who calls us every day. And unless they drive a semi truck and sleep in it at the gas station I'm thinking they are confused. There are 13 signs in the small parking lot that say NO SEMI TRUCK PARKING. And no one was sexually harassed all of the tow truck drivers have body cams and we have checked and there was no such thing along with being racist. Thanks.

  10/18/2022 I was parked at ******* parking lot after a late night truck drive, parked mainly because there is a ********* coffee shop in the store. At around 6:40am my truck shook from a hard hitting, I came down from my bed to the floor not knowing what is going on, after checking around some dude lifted my truck with his tow truck ( Airport Towing). Not knowing who is inside the truck he wanted to tow my truck with me!!? No warning, no checking, no talking!!? After talking to him It was clear that he wanted $400 for dropping my truck to the ground. I paid him $400 cash, then I felt it was a very sketchy business. He didn’t want to show his ID, anything.. It is illegal to tow my truck while I’m in the truck, and I’m a potential customer to ******* / ********* it should be open public parking, and no security requested to tow truck in the parking lot ( checked with security officer on duty). I could file a lawsuit for kidnapping and harsh shake that could cause a knee damage. I still might . I really want this tow company do work within their regulations and restrictions, they can’t act like neighborhood bullies, especially when I came there calm with peace.

  This is a response to ID ******** Date 10/18/2022. The ****** Management has 20 plus signs in their parking lot that say no Semi truck parking.

  They have a huge problem with these heavy trucks doing damage to the lot and drivers trashing the lot. The management calls us to tow the heavy trucks and to regulate the lot.  The driver says that he had no warning.  The 20 signs are the warning. The driver also says he wanted to see ID from the tow truck driver.  He does not have to show ID the tow truck is well identified with the company name and DOT and company numbers. The Driver is correct you can't tow anything down the road with someone sleeping inside.  This isn't the case we hooked the truck and checking to make sure no one was inside and he was sleeping.  At that point he had the choice to pay a hook fee or leave the truck so we could tow it to the impound.  This is a public parking it's a private lot for shipping not sleeping. ****** does not have a security officer so I'm not sure he talked to. the drivers says he was being kidnapped nobody was holding him against his will he could walk away at anytime.

  Thursday 9/22/2022 police had my car towed because of an accident and I was taken to the hospital via lifesquad I called airport towing when I got out and let them know I was coming to get my car at 420-425 pm.the man rudely told me if you dont have 350 cash you may as well turn around because you Wong get your car.i said my insurance is supposed to take care of it,he then said if your insurance don't call and pay I'm the next 5 minutes then you are not getting your car and storage is 40 a day.i asked to come gwt my personal belongings and he said yes.i get there and sign some kind of paper in order to be able to gwt my personal belongings.i asked what was the 35 dollar clean up and he said it was an accident wasn't it and I said yes but there was no damage to clean up.he said I will speak with the tow truck driver(I was still billed for that cleanup that didn't happen .My adjuster called them Frieda and the man was nasty to her.she sent an email Friday requesting a bill so she could send payment to get my car out.she never received a bill until Tuesday afternoon .I was told the tow bill was 350 total and storage was 40 a day.they sent her a bill for $720.00 .the rudeness of this company and then not responding to my insurance caused 4 days storage that should not have been there.i did not get my car until Friday morning september 30th 2022,which they charged me for Friday when u got there about 1030 am.i should have had my car Monday or Tuesday at the latest if airport towing would have sent my insurance the bill friday or saturday when it was requested.my adjusters name is ****** from Hastingsmutual.com and her phone number is 1-800-442-8277 extension 1332 .she has proof of the request and she personally had to deal with the disrespect of this company ...this company also would not give me a receipt except a paper saying I paid the 50 that my insurance did not pay.

  This car was in a accident we were call to clean up. We DO NOT release cars with out payment. We legally need the owner to sign the invoice when they pick up personal belongings from a car. There is a clean up fee for cars in a wreck it could be leaking fluids/ pieces of the car/ glass ect. If the car was in a accident and the driver was transported to the hospital I would think the car had some sort of damage. Storage is pretty standard in towing and it is 40.00 per day till the car is picked up and all insurance companies are well aware of this. And if the insurance company didn’t pay the whole bill then she needs to contact them and see why not. We will not refund any money for this service.

  This towing company attached my semi truck with sleeping driver inside then requested 400$ ONLY CASH to let him go.

  I’m writing back about ***** ******l *** ********. He states his truck was hooked when he was sleeping inside. I would say he was parked on a private lot with no semi truck parking signs and the owner of the lot call us to tow the truck. We do not only take cash we take EFS. T-Check. Comchek . Zelle. But there will not be a refund. Do Not Park On private lots with out permission and there will be no problems.
