    I stopped using Alma after we paid $220 extra to have our windows cleaned, and she left them looking like this twice. The third time she was supposed to come back and fix them, she was almost an hour late and said that I wasted her team’s time when I wasn’t home. I told her prior to them showing up I wouldn’t be able to be there at that time. It was a disappointing experience, and I’m not interested in working with or recommending her company. She thought this was worth an only a $30 refund ($10 / window in the basement even though we have 4 basement windows, which shows she wasn’t even aware of what was meant to be cleaned). If you have her do a deep clean, I’d recommend asking her to be present and check after her team is finished. The extra star is because we enjoyed having her clean up until this negative experience. If she hadn’t been rude and argumentative when I pointed out the problems and gave them the opportunity to fix it, we’d still be using her.

    Outstanding Quality Work! Polite and Cheerful. Careful. If there is a mishap as the crew cleans, it is reported to me right away. (Has happened only once. Willing to make it good.) Flexible. Meets my needs when I must change day or time. Thorough, nothing is hurried or forgotten. Uses Excellent Products too!

    If you hire Alma Cleaning you will NEVER use anyone else. Very professional. courteous, fast and pay attention to details. This group of ladies cleaned parts of my home that haven’t been touched in years. When they were finished cleaning, I was so pleased I actually cried. Please give them a call. it will be the best decision you ever make.

    Alma's cleaning service is exceptional. I have used several cleaning services and never kept them long term because of the unsatisfactory work. Alma's Cleaning Service is very professional and efficient. The whole place smells clean, looks clean and is clean. I would highly recommend Alma and her crew. I won't use anyone else.     Alma and her crew did a fabulous job. From top to bottom every inch of my house was scrubbed and wiped and dusted. Its never looked better! My light fixtures actually sparkle now. Thank you!

    They are the best cleaners I have ever had. Very professional and very respectful. They clean vacant apartments for me, some kitchens and bathrooms I didn’t think would come clean, but WOW I couldn’t believe how clean they were when they were done. I highly recommend them for any cleaning purpose.
