Outstanding Quality Work! Polite and Cheerful. Careful. If there is a mishap as the crew cleans, it is reported to me right away. (Has happened only once. Willing to make it good.) Flexible. If you hire Alma Cleaning you will NEVER use anyone else. Very professional. courteous, fast and pay attention to details. This group of ladies cleaned parts of my home that haven’t been touched in years. When they were finished cleaning, I was so pleased I actually cried. Alma's cleaning service is exceptional. I have used several cleaning services and never kept them long term because of the unsatisfactory work. Alma's Cleaning Service is very professional and efficient. The whole place smells clean, looks clean and is clean. I would highly recommend Alma and her crew. I won't use anyone else. They are the best cleaners I have ever had. Very professional and very respectful. They clean vacant apartments for me, some kitchens and bathrooms I didn’t think would come clean, but WOW I couldn’t believe how clean they were when they were done.
