BUYER BEWARE - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! I was actively working with this dealership for *less* than a week. The dealership knew I was 2hrs away and even texted me the night before to confirm my appointment. I arrived with the title to my car (trade-in) and my bank was standing by to wire the funds. Come to find out, they couldn't find the vehicle I had been inquiring about because they SOLD IT a few days prior! The GM couldn't even stand up from his desk when apologizing and stating the salesman had never even "put hands on the vehicle". He also thought offering to fill up my 10gal gas tank would make it right. Even better, the "salesman" JUSTIN, hid in the back and couldn't even face me. Good job guys! I would only expect this from a Ford dealership!Jeff Wyler Florence, Inc. Response

We are very sorry this happened and try very hard to provide sales/service to everyone with no mishaps and receive positive results. Our general sales manager did reach out to the customer to see what, if anything, we could offer her since we did make a mistake. She responded with a ************ Regards,**** ***** General Manager Jeff Wyler Honda, FlorenceCustomer Response

For anyone following along, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STEALERSHIP! They are not remorseful and could not care less to make things right. If they were so concerned, they would have tried when I was there in person ready to purchase a vehicle they sold out from under me.This was the GMs actual email: "When You gat a chance can we speak on the phone? My direct number is (859)342-####. Thank you." My response: I would never buy or recommend anyone to their dealership.BUT THANK YOU, seriously! I bought a nicer TrailSport with a nicer trim package and happily paid more to a dealership that held the vehicle for me and wanted to work with me!Review from Joseph W.

In December, 2022, I went to ******************************************************, ** to get a trade in value on my 2020 Kia ***** GT-Line. As background, I had cancer and was going through chemotherapy at the time, which made me feel horrible/very weak. ****** gave me a trade in value of $18,000 (I owed over $20k). I had placed a for sale ad via ********** and ******** when I was spontaneously contacted by *****************************,, ******************* Hondas Vehicle Acquisition Manager. She told me that me that she could very likely beat the trade in value from ****** and to come to the dealership. Being so weak, I did not want to drive out there for nothing, and therefore, on 12/13/22, I sent her photos of my cars damages, to which she returned an email saying that I think we can definitely beat ******. Those scratches don't look substantial. With that almost guarantee, I drove out to get the trade in value. ******* passed me off to *****************************, who was pleasant but not informed on the circumstances. After sitting for what seems like at least a an hour, they offered a $17,000 trade in value, which was less than ******. When I asked ******* why the lowball quote, he advised me that the dealership did not know that my car had damage before I came. This was a bold-faced lie, as I'd emailed photos. ******* was unaware of the circumstances and was lied to by management, who in turn, caused ******* to tell me an intentional and provable lie.By the time I left from the dealership for the long drive home, my breathing was labored, I was tired, highly stressed & continued to be in that condition for days. The intent of this review is to inform the *** and concerned citizens of the utter duplicity and unethical practices that ******* and the entire Wyler conglomerate uses to lure customers into their dealership. I have emails that prove my claims and will be happy to send those to the *** if asked. This review has been edited for "brevity". Thank you,*************************Review from Terrie J

Their lack of customer service and professionalism was appalling. I was treated extremely rude. Their deception is totally disgusting.Review from Randall C.

On 1/25/2023, I went to look at a vehicle for sale at Jeff Wyler Honda. During my test drive, the sales manager (Mark) conducted a trade evaluation of my vehicle as I was considering trading it in. After the evaluation was conducted and my test drive concluded it was determined we were not going to be able to come to terms on a deal (trust me when I say you don’t want to try to trade at this place). Therefore, I returned to my vehicle to leave the car lot. I then proceeded down Burlington Pike toward I-71/I-75 South. As I was merging onto the highway, the hood of my vehicle suddenly jolted loose. The hood continued to shake violently up and down thankfully being secured by only the safety latch. Obviously being startled by this, I was forced me to brake suddenly and make a dangerous maneuver to attempt to exit the roadway to secure my hood before things got even worse. The danger caused by this placed myself and others traveling that day in harm’s way as I was forced to attempt to avoid a disastrous collision on a busy interstate. I immediately contacted the dealership and informed them of what had happened (it took me a total of 3 calls by the way to get to speak to a real person). Finally upon speaking with Mark, the sales manager, he acknowledged he had been the one who evaluated my vehicle and inspected the engine. When I told him what had occurred he transferred me to the general manager, Lannce H*******. I then told Mr. H******* what happened and initially he apologized but he seemed only concerned if my vehicle had sustained physical damage When I explained the danger of the negligence his employee(s) had placed me and other motorists in by failing to check that my hood was secure after inspecting my engine bay and before leaving the dealership property, Mr. H******* really had no viable response. Although during the conversation Mr. H******* did remark “It’s not like your vehicle is very desirable anyway” (referring to my 19 year old Tundra).Review from Jeff G

BUYER BEWARE !!! Took my daughter to Jeff Wyler Honda in Florence to purchase (lease) her first automobile. We live in Louisville, 70 miles away. She got the approval for lease, picked out the specific car and received the specific Down Payment and Monthly Lease Payment before we left to pick up the vehicle. This should have been a 30-45 minute visit and drive home, but turned into 2 1/2 hours. Towards the end, they presented the Monthly Lease Payment, which was over 5% higher than originally approved. Robert (sales) and Ryan (floor manager) would not honor the original agreed upon price, which they blamed on another manager. DISHONESTY, DECEPTION AND TOTALLY DISGUSTING !!! I will never go back to any Wyler dealerships, and certainly not recommend for anyone either. YOU DO NOT TREAT ANYONE LIKE THIS !!! * *****Review from Cheryl J

I was advised that they have have a package already added on at the dealership. Thinking of the car they showed us it had bugs on the back of the car. A service they said they added. (Seal coating) was it put on over the bugs. If it was added why were the bugs on the back of the vehicle like it was on the truck backwards. If not done why was it added without an option to remove. Also price for trade was no where near amount listed on their *** *** website. When questioned said that wasnt trade price no negotiation only wanted us to increase length of time we would finance would not increase trade value $4k lower than *** *** trade quote. I would be willing to negotiate but that works both ways. Now I wont go back.Review from Michael T

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES - As a returning customer, I have purchased a few cars (Honda Civic, Civic SI, Accord) from Jeff Wyler Florence location over the years. This most recent visit definitely lowered my high expectations about Jeff Wyler and HONEST business practices. My wife and son arrived at the dealership after communicating to the salesman several times that the car was available. When they arrived, no one could find the vehicle and it was parked out back with a SOLD sign. However, it obviously had NOT been sold. (Someone purposely moved the car and put a SOLD sign on it.) Once they located the vehicle, my wife and son took the vehicle for a short test drive. When they arrived back at the dealership, another party was signing paperwork to purchase the SAME vehicle; although my wife and son arrived at the dealership FIRST and were already engaged prior to the other party. I arrived at the dealership and when speaking with a manager Lance H*******, we directly asked him why another sales person parked the car in the back and hid the key when the car wasn’t sold. He didn’t have an answer. Nor did he take the time to investigate and discuss with the sales people which party was present FIRST at the dealership. He just reiterated it was “first come first server”, and my wife and son where present at the dealership FIRST taking the car for a test drive prior to the other party arriving there. So much for FAIR business practices….
