      HealthWarehouse stores the customer's credit card online without the knowledge of the customer. When I noticed this, I asked them to remove it immediately, to which they said they didn't have that option. Reputable businesses always allow the customer to make this decision before making their purchase. NEVER store your credit card online, as it is open to fraud; this I know from having had it happen to me! I ordered 2 bottles of an OTC allergy medication, qty 300 each. The product expires in less than a year, expiring before the 1st bottle is gone.

      The website is easy to navigate making it fast to find what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable and the shipping was quick and my items arrived as promised.

      I can depend on Healthcare house to get my medicine to me on time. No waiting in line, no pulling out my bill fold checking my ID and not worrying about what will the price be this time..I give this company five stars they are the best.

      Easily responsive to prescription refills. I appreciate that they to do so fairly quickly. I had **** ** gold for several years and the last 2 years they made so many errors and it was so frustrating. They would make multiple phone calls and used so many pharmacies that I wouldn't get my heart medication in a timely manner. I'm glad I switched to Health Warehouse.

      I have shopped at Heath warehouse on and off for years. They have great prices and very easy to submit medication orders. I've been ordering our pets medicine as well from them but if the meds are prescription question you just fill out the pet profile and veterinarian information and they will contact your doctor. I highly recommend this company and the pharmacists are wonderful.

      I love the automatic renewals and easy mail delivery at reasonable prices. So much better than pharmacies and high insurance prices.

      Never received my prescription.
      It appears to be a **** problem, I would suggest using a different shipping method.

      Im not the best with computers but their website was pretty easy. I had to transfer my prescriptions and that was easy too.

      Terrible website. Can't easily view prescriptions and won't allow updates to provider info (address, phone, etc) Very confusing. When I attempt to add items to the cart they do not show up for several minutes, by then I have added it multiple times so ends up a mess of duplicate items. Too bad, since service is good and prices are excellent.
