    Zero stars. Forced to talk to a robotic "Rome" guy who has the personality of a wet paper towel. They continue to send violation / fine notices even though verbal (and written) confirmation was given by their "drive around and report people" rep (who I'm apparently not allowed to talk to anymore). The community wastes money and gets NOTHING in return. This is 100% harassment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ******. They make ***** ********** look like geniuses.

    My neighborhood pays expensive monthly fees to have the yard maintained and snow removed through Vertex. Any time it snows the company they hire to remove the snow makes up excuses for why it isn't possible. Sure seems possible when I watch elderly neighbors shoveling their own driveway while paying large monthly fees to have it done for them. Lawn maintenance actually shows up, but doesn't do the best job and is sometimes not frequent enough to keep things looking nice.

    Zero stars if possible. Beyond poor customer service. A number of homeowners in our neighborhood recently received violation notices regarding our trashcans. The letter was vague and didn't cite any *specific* violations, just generally what the citation was about and potential penalties. My trashcan situation has not changed in over two years. There are/were no violations on my part. Other neighbors are in the same boat. Vertex has not answered calls nor responded to messages left. Extremely incompetent and poor customer service. Seems like the person writing out citations can't read house numbers. And it also seems like violations are subjective where some houses get written up while others who are legit violating rules get "free passes." Another example of their inability to manage properties: About 7 years ago, our key fob to the clubhouse and pool did not work. Our messages went ignored for the ENTIRE summer despite reaching out on a weekly basis. The person responsible finally fixed the issue and said that our dues would be adjusted accordingly (since a large part is based on clubhouse and pool care). Well, they never were, and she left the company. The second person who tried handling our problem left the company, too. Empty promises. I have no doubt why. Vertex is completely useless and I cannot wait for the board to have them removed. As for the trashcans, no one has any idea why we received these notices. And there are several of us scattered throughout the neighborhood.

    Extremely poor customer service. Trying to contact them is a joke, and when you do actually talk to a person in this company they will not help or even try to offer solutions. Would recommend never moving to a neighborhood where this company is the **** Terrible.

    Zero stars for Vertex. How they can have 'Professional' in their title is beyond me. They are completly useless. Communication is non existent and actually trying to get things done is almost impossible. They are full of empty promises and when asked what is being done about a problem ther stock answer is 'It's with the contractor'. The worst of the worst.I WANTED TO LEAVE ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO AWARD ONE WHICH THEY DO NOT DESERVE!!!.
