Frankfort Ford is unprofessional and one of the worst dealerships I have ever stepped into. There lack of communication or concern for the customer is apparent. THE VIP EXPERIENCE is a joke! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Please do not waste you time. The Sales Manager is cocky and lacks leadership ability while the rest of the team....mirrors their leader.....

Without question Frankfort Ford is the worst dealership I've ever had the misfortunate of dealing with. I would suggest you look elsewhere before you do business with Frankfort Ford. Apart from shoving a gap and extended warranty down your throat, they like to jack the prices up on vehicles. Be smart. Go somewhere else.

I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. They had the car that she wanted. We took a test drive. We were given the price of the car, financed at a competitive rate, offered a selection of warranties and signed off. We were in and out in 2 hours. That is crazy fast. I would highly recommend to folks looking for a vehicle to give them a chance to earn your business.

(2010 ****** Tundra) As Is!!!! This dealership fails in my opinion as one of the worst dealerships in Kentucky, They are the worst at customer service and telling the truth. I contacted the dealership and spoke to my sales person and told him that they put a $2000 warranty in the contract that I did not agree to, however, they did reimburse my monies. First of all I failed to thoroughly look at the truck or have it checked out, and I would suggest not taking anything they say as truth. I asked them about the truck being inspected for safety and reliability. They said, yes, we always check out our vehicles with an inspection. My truck heats, but does not shift between vent, floor, and defogger. Also, the windshield wiper pump was not working. Granted, simple stuff but quite unsafe if you are going anywhere when raining or extreme cold weather your unable to see. I found out from ****** the cost to fix the the heater box was approximately $5,000. I asked the ford dealership if they would at least repair the winds shield pump and they told me as is means as is. Quite honestly I dropped close to $5,000 into it to make it safe, but not everyone can afford to do that. Much more safety issues were found, However, this is my fault as well for not checking the truck out properly and trusting them. Other things that they did, run my credit more than one time, even after asking them not to, I wrote an amount for what I would agree to finance prior to signing of the contract, and they said good to go and took me back to financing to complete the paperwork. It was not what we agreed to. All I am saying, is when you go there make sure that you check everything out, this includes contract, vehicle, and any promises that they make to you, because most likely they be dishonest. They are manipulators and they were all about the money. They do not have any integrity or do they care about repeat business. Hopefully you read this before going there.

I hate that I have to give them one start when they don't deserve it They took advantage of the fact that we were purchasing from out of town (Cinti., OH). We had prequalified through Capital One Auto and gave them the reference number as specified on Capital One's site, which should have ended at. that. They submitted our application to their banks, I would assume to get the commission which caused our credit rating to suffer because they ran it twice. They also added a bunch of fees which absorbed our $4000 down payment. We did not rescind the offer because we love the car. I don't like the deception of it all and I will tell everyone that will listen to what they did, including Capital One.

I ordered a vehicle (2022 Ford Maverick) from this dealership on 7/30/2021. Due to semiconductor and other part constraints I waited patiently for my vehicle to be built and shipped for purchase to the dealership. Fast forward one year later, the wait is not the dealerships fault, which is on Ford Motor Company as the manufacturer. However, as a customer who ordered the vehicle through this dealership I was never given the opportunity to purchase the vehicle. Will Clark a finance officer at Frankfort Ford stated that he personally contacted me three times to tell me my order had arrived. This was an outright lie and never happened. Phone records do not lie! I have no record of received calls, missed calls, voicemails, texts, or emails from either Mr. Clark or Frankfort Ford. Mr. Clark confirmed my contact info (both phone # and email) and proceeded to send me a text while sitting in his office, which I received. So he could have contacted me if he really wanted too. This dealership sold the vehicle that I had them order and placed a deposit down on without so much as contacting me to tell me the vehicle had arrived for purchase. This is no doubt because the dealership placed a $10,000 adjusted dealer markup (ADM) on the vehicle for profit. The dealership never had any intention of selling me the vehicle I had ordered in order to make a mass profit in these times. I understand that inventory is low on most dealer lots due to COVID and constraints. However, I wasn't even given an opportunity to purchase the vehicle myself with an ADM. There is a unique circumstance when ordering this vehicle. While this must be upsetting to the dealership, the fact they took my info, order, and deposit ($500); they committed consumer fraud the moment they decided to sell the vehicle I had them order to someone else without informing myself and giving me an opportunity to purchase. It’s clear this dealership is looking at short term gain and not repeat business.
