    Business Response

We were called yesterday by the person filing the complaint asking to resume service.  This customer had signed up for service in Oct. 23 and paid for the svc at that time by CC.  We never received another payment from him and discontinued his service in June 2024.  He was told that he owed $131.00.  The caller said thank you and hung up the phone.  We received a 2nd call, and this person would not let us explain the bill to him.  He was screaming into the phone not using words but only making noises "ayyyy" every time she tried to tell him that he hadn't received a bill because the bill was returned to us in the mail.   She then chose to disconnect the call when she was not able to talk to the person civilly.  He was hauled from 10-23 until 6-24.   In Jan. 25 we got a $25.00 payment and that was not enough to resume the service.

After the call she contacted the driver that is now on the route to ask him if he was actually stopped in June 24, and he told her no that he only stopped his service in Jan. of this year.  We had a driver suddenly pass away and had several drivers on that route before the one on it was put there permanently.

Had the customer been willing to talk with us we would have been glad to make payment arrangements with him to get the bill paid.  But he not only wasn't willing to pay the bill we had he did not tell us he had been hauled up until January of this year.  The customer was fully aware if you receive the service you must pay for it.  In retrospect we realize now that when he received his payment book this year, he thought he could just start paying and forget the past year he had service.

We hope that this clearly explains the complaint filed against us and our side of the issue.
