    Bought the car in November of 2021, a week later it had issues that caused us not to be able to drive the car. Brought it in they said if it ever done it again bring it back. Had 3 of the same complaints about the car messing up within a month of having it. The car cleared itself up and we didn’t have issues out of it for a while. Mid March of 2023, it started the same issue. We called and they said to bring it in and they diagnosed it as a fuel injector. They kept my car for 3 weeks, never called and updated me and when I called they gave me the run around. I picked it up Friday the 31st of March. 4 days later it’s doing the same thing so I called back. They said they would call me back to let me know what I needed to do, they never did. I called the next morning and they informed me that they won’t do anything to it since they fixed what they thought was the problem. Ive had this issue ever since a week after buying the car. I have a one year old and currently pregnant and when you can’t give your car fuel in the middle of the road, it puts a lot of worry of what could happen. It’s dangerous. For my safety, for my child’s, and my unborn child’s.

    This vehicle was sold “As Is “ in November 2021, with no warranty implied by my company. First I heard of any issue was in early 2023,  almost 2 1/2 years after purchase date. My service department inspected the vehicle in February 2023. They could not duplicate complaint, but performed a compression test on engine, plus inspected ignition coils and spark plugs.Everything checked out, so they decided to order fuel injectors , in case they were clogged , or one was intermittently failing. In April of 2023, my service department replace all four fuel injectors at no charge to customer.The vehicle had no trouble codes at time of repair, or on test drive afterwards. I feel that we have gone way above what any other dealer in this state would have done under the same circumstances, on an “ As Is “ vehicle over 2 years after purchase. Thank You, **** ****

    I am rejecting this response because:
    After we brought the car home we had the car inspected by another mechanic and the injectors were never even replaced. The fact that the salesman’s told us to bring it back if it had the same issue again, and then the promise isn’t being Met. You kept my car for 3 weeks when I have a 1 year old unable to provide her with transportation to get anything she needs to not have diagnosed it correctly or take the time to even figure out what is actually wrong with it instead just “assuming” and ordering a part to see if it fixed it. I would have paid for the service, I was prepared to. But considering the service was a guessed I’m so glad that i wasn’t made to pay. So thank you for holding my car at your car lot for 3 weeks, being rude to me on the phone every time I called because no one was ever calling me to update me on it, and then to not even do what you say you have done. I appreciate the time wasted & that my car is still not fixed. I will never recommend auto brokers to anyone, friends family or even enemies.
