    Unanswered:
The business failed to respond to the dispute.
    Unpursuable:
BBB is unable to locate the business.
I placed an order for flooring with the company on-line on 2/23/23. I was in communication, on-line chat, with a **** ****** at the ****************** email address, who confirmed my order and told me delivery would be in 14 days. That was five days ago, and I have been unable to contact the company in any way over the last 2 days. Their website is active, but I get no response via their phone number or email. I believe the "company" is a fraud and needs to be shut down. The "company" is using the BBB logo. I am proceeding with filing fraud claims with my credit card.

    Business Response

We admit to being unresponsive. We had staffing issues in late March.  That problem is resolved, and we are now fully staffed. The Product/Order in question was Delivered 03/24/2023 04:18:00 PM. See trace documentation. I will also mention that the product's manufacturer has created friction for the rapid movement of order flows through their workflow. Products are staged in a separate warehouse requiring special instructions and accommodation to ship FOB.
