    Took my car there and was told over the phone and in person that I would be called when they got my car in and looked at. Never requested a phone call just a text at 4:58 saying explorer was ready thanks CC auto. Went there and they had went ahead and fixed my car. Changed me 370 for something I didn't give them permission to do anything to it so I and to get the money to pay for it to get my car back. I was told I could call the boss the next morning. So this morning I called and he said he would give me back the labor fee of 127.50. I still didn't think that was fair to only give me back 127.50 when I didn't tell them that was ok to do the work. I just needed to know what they thought was wrong. When I got there to pick up the labor fee back he tired to give me a check for 97.00. I asked why he told me over phone he would give me labor back and then only 97.00. He said boy just miscommunication all around and I said no I was told I would be called and then you told me 127.50 and it would be different if my car wasn't making the same noise it was when I took it and now my service engine light is on. People just be aware taking your car out there. I have people I work with that was done the same way I was. Also have someone that had family work there quit for them doing people this way. That's no way to run a business.
