    I reserved a room for three nights (July11-13) and only stayed one night (July11) due to the disgusting environment at this hotel. They are refusing to refund my other two nights.

To assist in reaching a resolution, I’ve informed the property’s general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before August 12, 2023.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I do not wish to be contacted by this facility as I feel sure they will just give me the run around.  I just want my money returned for the two nights I did not stay there.

    Dear Contact:

    Wyndham Customer Care is obligated to allow the property time to review all details of the customer care concern in order to allow them the opportunity to address the concern(s) of the guest. The general manager did send an email to the guest on August 11th, please advise the guest to respond to the GM in hopes of coming to a resolution. The property is the only party able to authorize monetary compensation or reimbursement as they are independently owned/operated.
