This company comes to my apartment complex and steals peoples cars in such a way that it's actually illegal some of their practices for instance they tried to tow my nephew's car while he was sitting in it then made us pay almost 200$ to put it down as if they not in the wrong. This parking policy was not in any of are leases it's completely void non existentBusiness Response

No information, we cover 200 properties in Louisville ky. Per state law if the company shows up and a violation has occurred the owner of the vehicle is required to pay the fees regardless if the vehicle was towed or not. Most all properties we tow for fire lane and handicap parking without a permit so I am sure that's what the issue was. Till we have further info we can not respond accordingly.

I have had 2 vehicles since February 2024. I drive my newest one the most as my older one is driven every once in a while. I noticed my car was missing. I received a letter in the mail by this company stating to give them a call. When I called they advised me that the car was towed due to a note being placed on my car & not taking or moving the car within 48 hrs of the note being placed. I have never signed an agreement/contract with this business or leasing agreement stating that any automobile needs to be moved every 48 to 72 hrs.Initial Complaint

My car was towed from the ********** I went to retrieve my car in 2 days , the owner despite seeing my car keys, title and ID said that i had to have the title transferred over and then proceeded to tell me that he was going to continue charging me storage fees and this was after I described everything in my car and then he wouldn't even let me get my belongings out of the car he told me that I had to give him my car keys and if I didn't he wasn't going to give me my belongings. This company is jacking up the prices and when they towed my car my kids were there, my kids got to them before they lifted my car all they had was the hook on it at this point the worker said to my son that he had to pay him $165 to unhook it this is awful Im a single mother to 4 and now thanks to them I can't get back and forth to schoolInitial Complaint

Towed my vehicle illegally twice within one month. Stated he “knew exactly who I was” when I called the 2nd time regarding getting my vehicle back showing it was intentional. He refused to release my vehicle to me when with proper paperwork. Refused to make an apt after hours like it states online. Blocked my number from calling regarding my vehicle. She was towed for parking in a complex without a parking pass and expired tags. She has been towed before due to the same violations. The calls are recorded and have been saved for future responses. At no time was she cussed at or called out of her name. She was actually the one that called the dispatch a ****. She also ran into our yard causing damage to our grass that is all on video. She claims to be a nurse but has no professionalism. Would love to know where she works to provide how she acts. She called at 7:30 am and we set up appointments within 2 hours opened at 9am. Our phone system blocked her number due to 30 calls within 1 hour. The system is set up to stop multiple calls back to back so other customers can get into the line. My daughter works at ******** ** **** ******* ******** She started working there in Nov and has parked her car in this big open lot every time she works (Sunday afternoon/evening is her main shift). ******** closes at 8pm and then they clean up/take out trash, etc. Her friends picked her up after her shift. They were parked by her car in the open ***** **** lot (near the dumpster). According to the employee on shift Monday afternoon when we picked up the car, the car was towed at 8:17pm. This is literally only a few minutes after she left the parking. There was no way of knowing that she wouldn't be back soon. The sign was half cut off that talks about unauthorized towing and it was nowhere near where she was parked so she didn't even realize she couldn't park there. Also...she's been parking there since November. I would like some type of refund for this. I get that she shouldn't have parked there...but it just seems like she was watched, targeted and immediately towed only a few minutes after she left.Business Response

Per the contract with the property no cars are to be left in the parking lot after hours. ******* management has parking passes to supply the employees in the event they are authorized to park in the areas after hours. This was all explained to the lady when it was towed. No refunds will be issued. We are not apart of the BBB company so please don't send us anymore complaints as we are a impound company. No one in the area that we work enjoy being towed and this is not a service offered to the consumers this is a involuntary service provided to property owners and businesses.

This was NOT explained to the lady (my daughter) when the car was towed. She wasn't onsite when it was towed so I'm not sure who they spoke with. I am only asking for half of the money back considering it was towed only a few minutes after closing. Other employees have parked in the lot and not had this issue. My daughter is parking in ******** lot now so it won't be a problem going forward. I understand you are t part of the BBB but I never received a cal from a manager like I requested when I paid to get the car. The person who took my payment said someone would call me and it didn't happen so that's when I went online.

You would have to take that up with the location manager to provide a on call Towing parking pass that was issued to the location when they opened. No refunds will be issued and a call was not returned because you where not the registered owner of the car that was towed. All this was explained to the young lady when she called and was told if she was authorized to park there then we would release the car and bill the property owner for the fees but was never called by the property owner saying so. The tow people are putting false information on towing tickets so that they can charge more when the vehicle is picked up. This is the second time it’s happened, not to mention they don’t take card, only cash and cash app which practically leave no paper trail. I asked for prior receipts and they couldn’t be provided due to not having a paper trail. The ATM they have in the establishment says it’s a $3.50 charge, and it took $6 out aside of the cash being taken out. Their customer service is nasty, and they’re just scamming folks all around. I believe this is actually the third time their establishment has been moved according to googles address, so their wasting folks has as well. This is just a piss poor company as a whole, I’d advise folks to be aware of parking in apartments because their 24hrs for a lot of apartments in Louisville Kentucky. Not to mention the location and how the cars are parked and sitting in the lots could cause potential damage to others vehicles. This is the second time my cars been towed from 2 different apartments because the apartments don’t have signs for visitors sections in the lots. Can’t go out and enjoy a night out in fear of your car being towed because these companies (towing/apartments) aren’t complaint to the rules and regulations of even having legit LLC’s. Do better! I’ll be putting the total for both transactions from my car being towed from this scamming business!! & I don’t have a receipt for the first one because they don’t have a paper trail. Also the receipt states numbers at the top which equals out to $165, and he told me $190 at the window. I asked why’s it that much and he said because they had it since 3pm Dec. 15 (a lie), I was at work. So they he went to his Facebook messages and seen he received the car in at 2:02am Dec 16. The longer it’s there the more they can charge. They out here scamming people. You see the on the receipt where they had to make changes to the time and date! Came to pick up my kids from a concert, parked, walked into ***** **** to look at furniture which would make me a “customer” to kill time and look at home furnishing ideas, came back to the car, took a nap for an hour, got out of the car, walked to ********* to get a drink, when I came back my car was gone. There is no signs visible nowhere in the the parking lot and there was no signature available from parking owner authorizing the towing which makes it illegal to tow from private property. Also security in charge was letting his friends park in the parking lot and other people for money. I took pictures of the friends he let park “without authorization” from owner if that’s the case and taking money from him. I took pictures of them talking and the car. I overheard his friends thanking him for letting park there. Where is the equal treatment here? I actually saw the security there but didn’t think of anything. If he knew I couldn’t park he should’ve said something and point to any visible signs and I would’ve moved. He mentioned there were 6 of them patrolling the parking lot but no one ever said anything, but waited until I was out of the car. I would like a full refund and any damages make to the car if any or I would file a law suit against them in small courts.Business Response

The subject was parked in a private parking lot without permission and was not inside the establishment shopping. We have ******** pictures of him at louder the life concert and proof he was not a customer at the time of the towing. We are not a BBB accredited business as we are a impound towing company. No one ever likes the job we provide to private property clients. There is signs at all entrances and there is no signs that said free parking or you can shop and leave and go to another place and leave a car on someone's property.
