    [ 09/21/2023 Subject: Complaint against Superior Paint and Body Center 310 McLean avenue ,Hopkinsville my 42240 Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Super Paint and Body Center, located at [Address of Super Paint and Body Center], regarding the extremely poor service I received from them. My experience with this business has been nothing short of disappointing, and I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention. On 08/28/2023 , I entrusted my vehicle, a **** cherokee] to Super Paint and Body Center for repairs following a collision. From the outset, the experience was marred by several issues: 1. Delayed Repairs: The estimated completion time for the repairs was significantly exceeded without any valid explanations. 2. Poor Workmanship: When I finally received my vehicle, I noticed multiple issues with the quality of the repairs. 3. Lack of Communication: Throughout the repair process, I attempted to reach out to Super Paint and Body Center for updates on the status of my vehicle, but my calls and messages were often ignored or met with vague responses. 4. Billing Discrepancies: The final bill presented to me was substantially higher than the initial estimate, with additional charges that were not discussed or agreed upon beforehand. I made several attempts to address these concerns with Super Paint and Body Center, but their lack of responsiveness and failure to rectify the issues compelled me to seek your assistance in resolving this matter.
