  Definitely avoid this company. They did work on and collected overdue accounts for me for several years, but they were slow in making payments and had to be reminded with phone calls. Then in 2019, after no payments in over a year and after multiple unanswered phone call messages over several months, I had to drive to Hopkinsville and in person retrieve over $2,000 owed to me for collections over the last year. Then in 2020 they paid me $285 with a check that bounced (which they rectified with a cashiers check). Then in 2021 another payment check for $193 bounced (I was paid with a check from another bank account). Then in 2022 another payment check for $303 bounced. Despite multiple phone calls and messages, they would not make payment to cover this 3rd bounced check. I had to file a small claims court lawsuit to force them to make payment. The day before the court date, the president drove to Princeton and paid me the $303 plus $144 in court costs. After that, despite making collections on my overdue account and despite my phone calls and messages, they would not make payments to me. So in 2023 I filed another small claims court lawsuit. This time the president waited until the court date when she appeared in court in front of the judge, to pay me the $232 that was owed to me. That dissolved my relationship with Pennyrile Collections. In retrospect, I wish I had never established a business relationship with Pennyrile Collections in 2012. Don't make the mistake that I did; avoid this company.

  I would avoid this company completely. We have turned over multiple patients for lack of payment and it was finally revealed to us that the some patients had paid them the balance and they never sent the money that was owed to me. We have made multiple phone calls for the past 8 months and the only person who can track down checks for this has been sick and out of the office. They have offered zero help and have just kept 135% of the money they collected instead of the 35% they were owed. I'm tired of wasting my time with the situation so I would strongly advise anyone looking into using this company to just simply look elsewhere. Dishonest and pathetic when it comes to customer service.
