      This is a great company! Amy pays close attention to detail to ensure you don't get left with any surprises. I have had clients walk through a home and question if they even needed an inspector. After the inspection, they were very happy they did.       Amy from United Home Inspection was fantastic to work with. She did a home inspection, radon test, and mold air/surface tests for me during my home buying process. She was extremely thorough, and I liked the technology she used to conduct and report on the inspection. She went above and beyond to explain the results of the inspection. As a result, I negotiated for the seller to do repairs that cost over $4,000 (replacing the water heater, a mold treatment, fixing plumbing leaks, and electrical work). I'm very grateful that United Home Inspection helped me save this money and effort!

      I just can't say enough about how fantastic United Home Inspection Group has been! We are building a barndominium and have had serious issues with the work our builder has done. Amy was so incredibly kind and friendly when I called. Amy and her husband, Jason, took time out of their Saturday to come and inspect the barndo in the same week! They are exceedingly scrupulous, professional, and use top technology to make detailed and accurate reports. They have went above and beyond their job as inspectors by making many phone calls to different people and businesses in order to help us find solutions to the egregious and abnormal problems our home currently has. 10/10 will recommend them every time!
