    Tried to resolve problem by - delivering letter to company & thru CitiCard DISPUTE DEPT., They say Mr. APPLIANCE and bank refuse to discuss it. this and other methods trying to get $125 Service Fee refunded, They refused to do service needed, and would not call LG Corp Customer Service to arrange FREE WARRANTY COVERED PARTS to be shipped to them. NOTE that $125 was to be deducted from labor in install parts. Sun/Monday Feb 13/XX XXXX LG Refrigerator stopped cooling, 2nd time in 5 years, (LG fixed 1st time 2018), this is 3 years later - out again. Need help quickly, desperate - food thawing & getting ice and coolers to save food. Monday 2/14 talked to LG and they committed to provide parts (compressor/dryer) & I would pay labor. Called 2 appliance repair Co's & suggested Mr. Appliance did LG repair. Called them on Monday, they said yes they did and received appointment for the next morning. Tuesday, 02/15/2022. The service tech arrived, opened Refrigerator Door, looked inside, said electric was working, and was ??compressor (like LG had said).. Told Service Tech that LG would provide replacement parts at NO COST, and that all Mr. Appliance had to do was call LG Customer Service with Number they had supplied and verify they were a Appliance Repair Co. & product would be shipped to their business address at NO COST. Called LG with technician there and but he told them, they would not do it that way and LG informed him that for several reasons they could only ship to Mr. Appliance. I talked to them and they explained they required that parts had to go to though an Appliance Repair Co., could not ship to home owner. Technician called someone (apparently a Supervisor) and told me that they COULD NOT do the WARRANTY COVERED PART Repair & would not call LG to get delivery of FREE PARTS. So, I was charged $125 for a few minutes and a peek inside the door (never pulled REFRIGERATOR Out from wall to check). I was in panic & dumbfounded - he left me in panic

    Absolutely great service! They said they would be here at 8 a.m. and they were here at one minute to 8 after texting us with the expected time and identifying the repair by picture and text. The first thing the repairman did was put down a door mat right outside my front door and put booties on his feet to protect our wooden floor. He also protected the flooring in front of the refrigerator to protect it. After a short description of the problem, he knew exactly what had to be done and completely explained the problem and the repair effort. The work was done quickly and in a very professional way. We couldn't be happier! A $200 repair saved us approximately @1,100 for a new refrigerator. NEVER have we seen a more polite, professional and expert repair of anything in our house. This is the second time we have used this company and our experience has been GREAT both times......
