      Original transaction date was on September 22 in the amount of $49. This was for gas purchase and if you were to look at my history for proof I've never had a payment be declined up until this past week. The money is there ready to be taken out in the amount of $49. Circle K sent this to collections and I'm being charged an additional $35 for a total of $84. That's some pretty expensive gas during these times. I would like for Circle K to pull their original $49 and for Checkredi to remove the fee of $35. That's more than 50 percent of the original amount (71%). I would greatly appreciate a waive in the fees and also to remove any impact on my credit history/ report. For the past five years since I started with my first credit card I've never missed a payment and have a clean history. Thank you to all involved and hope we all come to an agreement.

First of all seems like you're out to hurt people and their take their money as fast as possible. Want to know why? Well here's how I was charged the $49 by circle k and then I was charged $35 from you guys. Want to know the best part? I have not agreed to pay anything. I never said go ahead and charge me for anything. I would kindly suggest returning the fee back to me as this is very scammy. Imagine if I were to not have funds in that bank account? I would have been charged by my bank and then charged again by you guys when I never gave approval to a payment anywhere. Go over the emails, text messages and call recordings. I never once said I was ready to pay! This is not how a company should treat anyone especially if they want to be trusted. You also received an email from the card holder letting you know this would happen.

      I signed up with CheckRedi/Zipline to receive $.10 of of the price of a gallon of gas. The experience that has followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, the process to get setup required way too much personal information. Second, the Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. On Sat 9/11, i filled up my tank in Rochester NY. On Sun 9/12, I went to Buffalo for the Bills. Same Day, a charge was applied to my card for $35. This caused an overdraft on my checking account and 2 $20 fees on my checkRedi account. After contacting Checkredi about this charge i was met with nothing but resistance and disrespect. I was told that i need to speak with my Bank, so I did. In that time, they charged my bank AGAIN, incurring more overdraft fees and pulling $40 from my bank. After contacting them a second time about this, I was met with even more resistance. All i want is the $40 refunded and the remaining fees to be removed. Id also love to not pay for the gas i didnt buy.

A police report and photo idea needs to be emailed to ***********@checkredi.com for the transaction from 09/12/21 so that video footage can be compared. I would love to see the terms and conditions where it states this explicitly. I would also direct you to ***** ******, who told me that a bank letter on bank letterhead would be acceptable. As I have said, due to distrust in my local police department with their handling of cases, I will not be filing a police report. You're company has been the most disrespectful company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have also shared this experience with Speedway, and they also said they have received nothing but complaints about your business. It seems that since you have placed profits over people you are going to be losing customers and clients. Judging by your record on the BBB alone, you are a business of legalized theft, nor have you ever provided your customers a single "courtesy" with out the customer going to great lengths. I have a stop payment set for your company for $20 and will never be paying that fee. I have removed my information from zip lines system, and will never be using your service ever again. All calls are recorded so j know for a fact you also have this information. It truly is amazing how petty this company is over a $20 fee. I have asked several times for a copy of the terms and conditions to which I have been ignored. I have also said several times that employees of yours have given me alternative information, and you have also ignored that. One thing you folks seem to be good at is ignoring customers and just plowing through whatever script you have. I demand to see the terms and conditions in black and white that you claim I agreed to. I also have not gotten and documentation about my account with your company, which is required by law.
