This company is ILLEGALLY REFUSING TO ACCEPT DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY to provide services, cancel billing, or even speak to me regardless of providing NUMEROUS COPIES AND REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE. I am the DURABLE POA for an incapacitated adult on a ventilator in Oklahoma. They accepted a full year of payment; literally a month and a half ago. As of April 10th he has been on a ventilator. He attempted to drive himself to the ER but couldn’t make it before parking his car on public property; locking his keys on the door; and collapsing from meningitis. They have REPEATEDLY REFUSED TO HONOR DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY going as far as filmed claims that their company doesn’t accept Power Of Attorney’s at all ; which is in direct violation of the law in 29 states. I have worked in the legal field for years (since 2006) and have even worked for 3 judges; so I can factually tell you this is a suable offense and a minimum state fine of $75,000 for every time they refused to accept it; which can be filed to be matched by the victims aka myself and Guy Ramsey’s autistic 67 year old brother. Meaning I have video proof of them doing this so many times in a single day, that it is enough for a $750,000 case not counting the other refusals that were also filmed. Their legal department had me miss one of my LAST DAYS WITH HIM; to leave and have paperwork turned in as assured me their staff wouldn’t be an issue. I was then denied the ability to access anything an 5 additional times after they were PROVIDED LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENTS FILED WITH RHE STATE IN FEBRUARY 23rd. I have since opted to tell 5 of our lawyers; to begin the drafting of a lawsuit (Scott Peck, Jim “James” Marr, Joshua Wells, Farrah Brugess, and OK County Judge Steven Huddleston) as this is not okay.
