      1 problem: The day my furniture was delivered, one of the motors in the recliner was malfunctioning. There was a work order placed immediately by the delivery crew. Later I was contacted and told that it would be 3 weeks before it could be replaced. 2 problem: 3 days after delivery we started seeing roaches in the living room !! I HAVE NEVER seen roaches in my house before! I’m not sure if they hitched a ride from the delivery truck, or the warehouse? But they have a problem. 3 problem: the same recliner makes a weird sound like a creaking / cracking sound when you sit or lean back. These issues have been voiced. After reading the back of my invoice/ receipt agreement the decision to just return the items ( since we have had so many issues) was made and get something else. I contacted the store , spoke with the manager. He was rude I kept stating we do not accept returns. After several times telling him my invoice says you do as long as it’s within 30 days and all of the tags / packing and receipt is present. There is a 15% restocking fee, and the items will be inspected. He still rudely stated there is nothing wrong with your purchase and we don’t take returns. As I reminded him of said problems again , his comment was well they can be fixed. Keep in mind this purchase was 19 days ago. ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The only read I’m leaving a 1 star is because A negative 10 isn’t an option!

      We do apologize. The policy on our invoice does state that all sales are final, and returns are only accepted if it is a nonrepairable issue. In this situation, all of the issues described are repairable. The parts needed for the repair have been ordered and should be in this week to complete the repair. As for the cockroaches, we deliver to 10-20 homes every day and this issue has not been brought to my attention as occurring anywhere else. Thank you
