      I signed up for a 1 year contract with weedman. While they were out for the first visit we found a fungus issue in the yard. I was quoted it would be $70 to fix and it would take 2 visits. The first treatment took care of the issue and we kept the 2nd appt on 10/8/21 as planned. I received a bill for the 2nd treatment for an additional second charge of $70 which should not have happened. I spoke to a person there whose name I will leave out here as she did a wonderful job and she reached out to a manager whose response was because I received a text for the 2nd treatment and didn't cancel then there was nothing they could do about it. Even though they falsely mentioned the charges it would be to me. Im pretty sure misleading pricing is not an ethical practice and it breaks my heart a company puts a one time we GOT YOU charge over maintaining integrity and a long term client. I would never mislead a customer on pricing. I would love the charge cancelled so it was done misleadingly but dont see that happening so filing a complaint with the bbb to forward others is my best route.

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/11/02) */ We completed a fall aeration and overseeding on 9/14/2021 and a surface insect control, for armyworms, on 9/30/2021. Customer paid the completed service from 9/14/21 and the balance is from the service completed on 9/30/21.

      I used Weed man lawn care for about 3 years, but due to the servicein 2020, my lawn looked horrible..more weeds than ever. I had to call to have them come back several times to treat my lawn. I started fertilizing and over seeding myself in 2020. So in 2021, I chose to not continue with the service. Weed man continues to come to my home and treat my lawn, even after I cancelled the service. They even aerated and over-seeded lawn in September 2021 without me requesting the service. I discovered they did this when I arrived home from work. I saw a small plastic bag at my front door and when I picked it up....the bag broke and tiny grass seeds went all over my foyer. What a mess!! I called again to tell them I no longer have the service. Now I received an email saying I owe for services that I didn't even agree to. What does it take for them to realize I cancelled their service'??? Warning, you may have trouble with weed man if you try to cancel their service.
