Lost some of my things. Did not inventory anything! Workers couldn’t work fast enough so they could get home! Storage a disaster. Very sweet girl gave us our quote and assured us she would be able to follow our move to make it smooth…..never saw her again after many calls to her! Nice people horrible experience. Beware! We got nothing and no follow up. Mac computer dropped and broken bad customer service. Beware!

Update 10/5: speaking to customer service New Hired my three sons after being assured they have a 90 precent no break record. Unwrapped my 65 inch $1400 television from where they left it after moving, still in there packing and it was broken. They also broke my $500 table glass. I made a claim and the payback is $.72 cents a pound. The reimbursement doesn't even cover half of my table glass. They sent two people to move furniture. Very disappointed as this is why we hire movers. This is a slap in the face. After being quoted $1100.00, being charged $1500.00 and the broken items, not sure why reviews are good. Beware before hiring.

I had over 2000$ dollars worth of damage claims. They sent me a settlement of 264.00$. Maybe some customers should not only warn other potential customers of the fraudulent behaviors, but get together and file a class action suite? All I wanted as a customer was for my belongings to be moved undamaged! The estimate I sent didn't even reflect the monetary value, time and aggravation. I would Never use this company again!! False promises in handling my valuables.

Three issues. 1. When I had them come to move my stuff into their storage it took them four guys, two trucks and 10 hours. Which was absolutely ridiculous because I’ve moved before and it was never like that. When they moved me out of their storage into the truck, it took them two guys one truck and four hours. So I was definitely severely overcharged For them moving my stuff into their storage. 2. Their storage facility is one giant warehouse with no walls. They put your belongings in an area and tape the floor off. Very easily to have things misplaced or taken. I am missing so many items I have lost count. My dining room table was way on the other side of the warehouse with a tag on it that said not Amy’s but Lisa‘s. Luckily my boyfriend was walking around and discovered the table or we would’ve left without it. Had quite a few things damaged as well. They refused to address any damage items that said they would address the missing items. 3. When we had our stuff removed from their storage, it was in July 2024. It is now December 2024. I call them at least twice a month if not more to follow up on the claim of all the missing items. And every time I call, they said they will have a manager call me back and nobody ever does Facility is in Richmond, Kentucky.

!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!! We are in the process of suing My 3 Son's Moving for over $7,000 in damages to our belongings including my 80 gallon air compressor, which they failed to strap down properly and was destroyed in the back of their moving truck while being repeatedly thrown against my roll away. My roll away was also destroyed in the process. Other items that were substantially damaged included our coffee table, a wrought iron patio set, a rocking chair and a glass top for a desk.

The communication and customer service was outstanding. The three man crew were great and fun to work with. I gave a large tip. When I arrived at the new place one crew member had one of the tvs on the kitchen bar, trying to turn it on. Neither of us could find the manual controls. I thought nothing of it. Two days later we found the remote and discovered that the TV was broken and unusable. Then I understood why he was trying to turn it on. I contacted my Three Sons. The receptionist promptly informed me that if it wasn't in a box, they weren't liable. Also it had been over 72 hours and I could no longer file a claim. I asked that the regional manager call me as the receptionist didn't care what the circumstance were. The receptionist assured me he would call back. He never did. I called 3 additional times and he had yet to call. That's how 5 star service went to 2 star. Even though the TV was broken it would still be 5 star if only the management had followed through.

Nope! Never again! Still seething after they moved us back in January 2022. How can you use lose some valuable items from a apartment? Contacted them and they did not respond back. I will never use nor recommend them! One of those items was a solid marble plant stand..two of them! Handed down from our deceased family members. Nope, use someone else folks.

DO NOT USE unless you enjoy your things broken and damaged, and no viable compensation. Also, know that it is at the company's full discretion how much they decide to reimburse you at $.60/a lb. (they decide what it might weigh). No bias there, ha. I had 2 moves- 1st one, guys were great and careful. I was the 3rd mover, so handled or saw all my items. One door was broken on that move- I handled or saw everything, and know nothing else was damaged that time. The second crew, I had 16 items with chunks of wood missing, deep gouges, destroyed lamps (wrapped & taped heavily), dented metal items, 12 boxes caved in from the top or with holes through the sides, and other damages. The manager made an appointment to come see the damages and was no call/no show twice. I kept having to reach out to him for follow up. He never offered any options besides him coming to glue/stain the scratches/missing wood chunks. I saw the claim option was available after reading reviews and asked for that after getting stood up; only then did he file one. I used a bathroom scale to weigh each item except 2 large desks, too heavy to pick up (underestimated at 50lbs ea.) and came to 350.8lbs total. I listed each item with details on what the damage was in a Word document and sent pictures of every item to the manager. I contacted him a day after he said he'd let me know (he had blown me off again) and was told they sent a check for $55. That doesn't even cover the weight of one of the items damaged. I wasn't looking for replacement costs, and intentionally underestimated on heavier items to be 'fair.' Some of the items damaged were my deceased grandmother's that I cannot replace nor easily fix. I was told on both moves that if I helped equally as the 3rd mover, that I eould pay less. That was a flat- out lie. It is obvious this company does not care about its customers. I paid these guys $3381.65 for two moves, incured $500+ in damages, and recieved $55 in compensation. DO NOT USE.

Our experience with My 3 Sons moving was very poor. We hired them for a multi-stage move. We moved our belongings from an existing house to a warehouse for storage and then to a newly remodeled home. Their staff while always polite were obviously inexperienced; in fact on the last leg of the move one of their employees said it was his first move and he was clearly upset by the damage they causing to the house. The movers stacked boxes clearly marked as fragile haphazardly in the warehouse. They forced large furniture pieces through doorways causing damage to our sofa and leather chairs. They knocked several large holes in drywall trying to get an armoire down the steps and then told me it was not able to be moved and suggested I sell it with the house. One of the trucks leaked oil like a sieve and when I advised the team leader that oil was literally running down the driveway he stated that it had leaked for a while and that he had advised the manager but they had not fixed it. They broke antique china, scarred leather furniture, made deep gouges in hardwood floors & left large pools of oil on the driveway. The team leader told me to contact their manager but actually warned me that it would take multiple attempts for me to get a claim filed. I was able to file a claim reasonably quickly however after their manager came to review damages and take photos he avoided my calls for weeks and weeks. Repeated calls to their offices went unanswered or a message was taken but no call returned. I was never permitted to talk with the manager nor the owner; I was advised they did not take calls from customers. Approximately 2 months went by before I was contacted with a miniscule check to cover damages. I cannot in good conscious recommend this company.

I would NEVER recommend this company. I used them to move some furniture from my basement to my garage and my upstairs. They sent two young men who seemed extremely inexperienced, and they ended up damaging my dining room table. They also put a hole in my wall and broke a picture frame. Plus they dropped my dining room chairs on my hardwood floor. I submitted a claim for my dining room table, which was damaged when the movers hit my walls with the edges of the table. There were scratches and paint all around the outside rim of my table. I was told they would reimburse me around $130 for my damages. This doesn’t even cover, repairing the table, let alone the loss in value. I was selling the table and someone had offered me $1000 and now that it was damaged they did not want it. I asked how they determined the value of the damage, and was told they give you about 60 cents per pound of the damaged furniture to establish the monetary value. They did not weigh my table so I have no idea how they knew what to multiply it by. I stated that was not enough to cover my damages, and they have never reached out again. The adjuster told me I signed some form, on the iPad, that agreed to this type of compensation but the movers never discussed anything I was signing. They just asked me to click on certain screens on an iPad. This is completely unacceptable plus I did not ask for any compensation for my damaged chairs or picture frame. For this reason I will never use or recommend this company.
