They were going to charge me $1320.00 plus $206.70 for testing for a total of $1526.00. The service person said the fuel pump need replaced and they would start there to see if that fixed it. When I went to get my truck before they had a chance to repair it I was charged an additional fee of $125.00 for shipping the fuel pump back. I brought the truck home and let a local mechanic look at it. He found the problem and was able to repair it for $66.25. I can’t believe Freedom Dodge was going to charge me $1320.00 for a fuel pump plus the !$206 for tests. When I called to talk to the service manager he said he would need to talk to mechanic and call me back. But, no return call. Called again on Monday and was given his answering machine. Again no call back. Freedom Dodge you leave a lot to be desired especially for a place that is supposed to be professional..

When we arrived we were greeted at the door. We test drove the truck we want LOVED IT everything was going good we started the paperwork and was given options to get an additional warranty. That sounded great so the truck was listed $27,000 by the time we was done with the warranty the truck was almost $40,000 after we put $18,000 down. I know it is my fault for not checking everything but a warranty that starts at $8900 and then add one is crazy. Please don’t be like me and sign ask what it cost but I can tell you one thing the warranty IS GOING to cover everything I promise.

Initial sales experience was fine, Ross was actually great. Only thing was when we test drove the Jeep we wanted, the tank had 12 miles in it. Since then, this dealership has been a joke. Traded in our vehicle a few months later because we wanted a higher model, but we had paid for an extended warranty, and requested a refund. I am writing this review on 7/16/24, I have been trying to track this refund down since the start of April. Finance department keeps blaming a mystery employee who doesn't work there anymore, and the sales manager keeps giving me 800 numbers that don't actually get me anywhere. The parent company for the service contract doesn't have any record of me by name, phone number, or my social. Dealership will not respond to my calls or emails anymore. Tom C**** is the general manager, and he's as useless as the rest of them.

The service department is the worst and doesn't deserve a single star! I bought my Jeep brand new in 2018 and have kept up with the routine maintenance since the beginning, but the closer I get to paying it off the more substandard the service has been. I believe they're intentionally trying to make my engine fail so I'll have to buy another vehicle. I had an oil change back in May 2024 and started noticing the smell of oil burning and oil spots on my driveway shortly after. I checked the oil, and it was almost dry! It was a Saturday when discovered the low oil, so I called and left a message but never received a call back. I called them back during the week, described what was going on and the service representative made me an appointment for Friday of this week. However, the service representative scheduled if for Wednesday instead of Friday. It was Wednesday afternoon before I noticed the scheduling error and I called them immediately for clarification. I was told there weren't any appointments available for Friday, and the earliest appointment would be the following Monday, which did not work with my schedule. So, I'm unable to drive my Jeep and have been having to keep putting replacing the oil when I have no choice but to drive is as it's my only means of transportation. They were hoping I wouldn't find the leak so it would cause damage to my engine. And have not been helpful in scheduling my service. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND DEFINETLY DON'T HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE, THEY ARE CROOKED AND MYSOGINISTIC.

Daughter bought first vehicle from this place and spent 29,000.00 and it’s a complete Rip-Off. Transmission went out second day she had it and now months later the engine has no oil and is knocking. How do you rip off a girl who’s 21 with two infants????This place is an absolute embarrassment and should be ashamed!

Me and my husband purchased A vehicle We were not allowed to look for other vehicles that gave us a vehicle they wanted us to have the vehicle they gave us was supposed to be $27,000 on Kelley blue book and they charge us $48,000For 2019 dodge Durango Are payments $1,149 and there was only 1 income on the truck They had my contract with me but took her back off and left her income on my contract and made me struggle on purpose! The bank also knew about what freedom dodge has done to me but they chose not to fix it when I called them to ask them they told me they gone bad what the contract says and freedom died says they did not want to hear my opinion Only thing I want to work out is then lower my payments every month instead of making the $1,149 a month and there's only 1 income I'm I'm hoping there will be someone to investigate and what's going on with this situation because it's not right The guy at the finance place at freedom dodge's name was Justin Every time I go up there to try to trade my vehicle in day avoid me and escort us after the door I've tried to video call in 3 different Carlos and they call me I cannot traded the in because there was a problem with the VIN number and I looked up car facts and the vehicle had 4 corners from Detroit on the vehicle

My husband’s son left his car here to be worked on in October 2023. While the car was there the window had been broken out and the car was also stolen from this dealership. We found out from KY State Police the dealership released the $80,000 car to someone who was not an owner of the car. They did not ask for ID or any information from this person so we had the dealership report car as stolen. The car was recovered but the depreciation value went down to $40,000 since the car shows up as RECOVERED in the car fax. We have begged the dealership and it’s owners Lithia Motors and their legal department Katelyn G*** as it was the delearships fault the car was stolen. My husband’s son left the car here because he was told part would not be in until January 2024. On his way back to SC with his Father, Bryan died instantly in a car wreck. My husband and I have been reaching out to Brandon B****** Operations Manager for help as we still owe for the car. To date we have not had anyone contact us to help us. We need help solving this situation!!!

I would leave a zero star review if I could. I purchased a 2021 Atlas 3 weeks ago to take home to it having white spray paint all over it. I called to get it fixed driving 1.5 hours twice in one day. They were unable to get the paint that I can scrape off with my finger nail off. I only say it because it shows in the sunlight. Not to mention he service repairs that I need to have completed. The Air bag light for the passenger seat is on. The tires need to be realigned and there is something going on when I accelerate. I understand the risks of buying a used vehicle but I have never had so many issues.

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from the dealership. I this was not my first purchase in fact this was my fifth as I have developed a great relationship with my salesman. My purchase was great and I did not have an issue until I was involved in a wreck. I was in a head on collision on 9/5/2022 and my air bags did not deploy. I was told my the dealership to call about the issue and Chrysler would help me set up to find out why my airbags did not deploy. I was hit by a truck going over 40 miles per hour and my airbags were deployed. I was told that my car can not be cleared out out collision mode until an engineer had come out and cleared my car. This is all after waiting a year for car parts. They are not willing to help me out and I have been without my car now over a year long. They are not willing to let me have a loner car even though it is clearly an issue that my airbags did not deploy. After an inspection on my vehicle the mechanics can not find an issue to tell me why they did not work. I was told that whenever an engineer could get out to look at my car they would have more information. This is after they told me it could be weeks to even months before they even came out. When I called Chrysler to file a complaint against them about their airbags I was told there is nothing they can do for me. That once my car had been put of their Star Program it could not leave and the only way I could get my car back is to agree that they could not be held legal responsible if my airbags just randomly deployed. This clearly shows that once you walk out with your brand new car after purchasing four before this that the company itself does not care about you. I would strongly recommend that you do not buy their Grand Cherokee Ls as they company does not care for their customers safety.

I purchased a truck (Ram 1500) from them and noticed some new paint on a front fender of the truck before I purchased it. I was told a wire broke loose and hit the fender putting a dent in the fender while the truck was for sale on the lot. I have now had the truck for about a year and a half and the Bondo/body filler that they filled the "dent" with has severe rust bubbles behind it. I took the fender off and noticed a hole all the way through the fender. This would explain the rusting problem. The dealer lied to me saying it was a dent and the dent had been pulled out and repainted. In reality, there was a hole in the fender and the fender should have been replaced before the truck was sold. Or, I should have been told the truth, that there was a hole in the fender. I have reached out to Glenn multiple times but they could care less about my problem because, they already made the sale.
