On 8/26/23, we contacted Fast Flow Plumbing about fixing an emergency water issue. The issue couldn't be completely resolved that day & the company would come back in 2 days to fix the issue. The employee who came to the house charged us $1,250 & said it was a deposit going to the full bill. However, on 8/28/23 when the work was completed the employee (different one than who showed up on 8/26/23) requested the full amount of $6,264.02. I (owner) of the home called the company and asked about why we were still charged the full amount. The office manager said that was incorrect & would mail us a refund. A few weeks (now now 2 months) have gone by and no refund has been given. I have called & emailed the business numerous times requesting a refund & sending them appropriate documentation but they still haven't issued a check. All we want is to have our $1,250 that is owed to us back.Business Response

You received a discount for having the membership and it is for you name not the location. It will be honored even if the homeowner calls and says my tenant is a member. Also, you can call for any family member and the membership will be honored. I will be glad to deduct the discount you received and return any portion of your 149.00 that is left over.

I hired Fast Flow to install a clean-out and replace the sewer line in December 2022, and cost around $11,000. This job is still not done, and I have had several issues with this company. First they drove over my walkway leading up to the house with machinery and broke the walkway, and left trash all over my yard. I contacted Fast Fast flow on January 7, 2023 about this (with pictures). They came and picked up the trash, but ignored the broken walkway. There are 2 main reasons I am filing this complaint. First, a section of the sidewalk was pulled up and still has not been replaced. Second, the wrong type of clean-out was installed on the street. I have been in contact with Fast Flow several times thru email about these two issues (4-12-23 and 5-25-23). With this last email I told them that if this is not resolved soon that I would be in contact with the BBB. I was told that I was on the schedule for Monday (5-29-23) and that the project Manager was called by the Office Manager and verified that they would be out. Obviously this did not happen. I even took into account Monday being a holiday. They were still not out the following day. We are almost 6 months into this job not being fully completed. I have been in contact with them several times trying to resolve this (with pictures). Their lack of action is showing me that they are refusing to finish the job. Even with an email from the Office Manager plainly stating they would be out. I just want this job finished. It is a safety hazard having a 3 foot section of sidewalk pulled up. I would also like them to take responsibility for damaging my walkway. They have dutifully ignored this point every time I bring it up ( with pictures) and I am afraid I will have to fix this myself.Business Response

We have returned several times to backfill and grade yard. It is in our contract that we do not bring landscape to original, we backfill to a rough grade. We have done all we can and will do to please this customer but no no avail. He signed the invoice and completion stating complete satisfaction at the time we collected payment from him. His job is complete. We go out of out way to make sure all of our customers are happy but there are a couple a year like this we get. Read our Google reviews and you will see that. As the invoice states, we are not responsible for any damages in completion of the project and as of the date of completion he was satisfied as his signature shows on the invoice. This customer is defiantly welcome not to use us again (as we will not service his address again.)Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:When I signed the invoice for the job, I was told that "When it dries out" that they would be back to replace the concrete for the sidewalk. When they attempted to replace the it, the slab broke and was taken away. I am not trying to get them to do landscaping. I am trying to get them to finish work I was told they would do. Also, at the time I signed the invoice, I was not aware that a one-way cleanout was placed at the road. I was also told this would be switched to a two-way.
I signed the invoice when I did, because I was told I had to in order for the Financing to start. I just do not see how a section of sidewalk missing is a "complete job".

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* It is clear that this is a dishonest company and will not take responsibility for damaging my property. Furthermore, this company will not honor promises made by several employees (that admitted fault to me at the time). Even their business manager said things would be fixed.Is this the kind of company you want to recommend to people? Please do not recommend this company in the future! They may be fine with small repairs, but every poor review/complaint stems from large jobs that evolves digging. If there are as they said "one or two customers like this a year" in their very hostile response, then they are obviously doing something wrong. Otherwise there would be no bad reviews. Please steer people clear from this company. I now have to fork out even more money to fix their mistakes.

I had them do sewer work at my home and they told me if I went with this one option they wouldn't have to dig up my yard and they had to dig it up anyway and they haven't done anything to fix it they have came out and put straw down but they didn't put any dirt in the hole or anything I would like them to fix my yard the plumbers where great it is just getting my yard fix is the problem when we paid 6200 for them not to dig up my yardBusiness Response

This customer as well as all customers was advised that we backfill to a rough grade and landscape repairs are customer responsibility, he knew this up front. We excavated a small hole only to access sewer and backfilled and seed and straw as per our contract in which he signed stating he was happy with the job and had no concerns. Very rude to our office staff as he called office Manager a ****** Will not help this customer any further. His job is complete as per our contract.
