I am locked out of my real estate class due to expiration. I have been trying to get ahold of the business week before expiration to get an extension or to renew as all I had left to complete was one more exam. I cannot get ahold of anybody. I have called multiple times, my bf has called for me as well. Left voicemails, multiple emails, a request info form on the website, emailed the professor in the portal and cannot get anyone to respond to me and am still locked out of my account

We received a letter from the BBB stating that ***** ****** had filed a complaint due to not having access to her course and not getting a response from The Kentucky Realtor® Institute. I received an email From ****** stating that her course access had been turned off and she hadn't been able to reach anyone. We responded to her stating her course access had expired and she would have to purchase an extension, which she did on June 25th. She has since continued to work through the course. I had this same conversation with Haley in February when her course had expired the first time and she needed to reactivate it. All extensions are made through the same link that was provided to her in February.

The course access information is provided on all listings and at the beginning of the course. All students have one year to complete the course from the date of purchase. All extensions must be purchased online with the links that were sent in February. The extension page within our website explains how each extension works before purchasing as well. I can provide any information on the program and communication if needed. I have also attached a screenshot showing where Ms. Galvin has logged in since the complaint was filed and was last in the course on June 26. Her Extension is valid through July 25. If she does not complete the course by then, she will be required to repurchase and complete the course as extensions can only be purchased for up to 5 months past the original due date. This has been explained to her as well.

Thank you for your help and prompt response.
