      Unresponsive and Harmful Service for a Nonprofit Our nonprofit has been working with Rubicon Waste Management, and it’s been an absolute nightmare. As a nonprofit serving a vulnerable community, including chronically ill individuals, reliable waste management is critical to our operations—and Rubicon is failing us in every possible way. For weeks, Rubicon has neglected to clean out the trash bins on schedule. Not only that, but they’ve moved away bins we desperately need without informing us, leaving us scrambling to deal with the overflow of waste. We’ve repeatedly reached out to customer service, yet no one seems to care. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and even when we do finally get through, we’re met with empty promises of resolution and no follow-up. When we do get a chance to connect, they leave you on hold in the hopes of getting you to hang up. This isn’t just an inconvenience. The buildup of waste is causing direct harm to the chronically ill individuals we serve, worsening health conditions due to unsanitary environments. Rubicon is fully aware of the situation, but they’ve done absolutely nothing to address our concerns or fix the problem. As a nonprofit working with limited resources, we can’t afford these kinds of failures, and it’s shocking that Rubicon, a company that claims to care about sustainability, is so negligent. Their lack of basic customer service and failure to uphold the most fundamental responsibilities are unacceptable. We urge other organizations, especially those who work with vulnerable populations, to look elsewhere for waste management services. Rubicon is not only unreliable—they are harmful.

      They are soul suckers. I regret signing up for this company when I first started my business. They could careless about their customers. Not helpful at all. Can't even call and talk to someone that gives a crap. You can't talk to anyone local, it's all sourced through their head quarters overseas. I hate this company so much.

      Terrible company. Inconsistent service and unresponsive billing department. They're still emailing me about billing issues 3 years after I canceled service.

      So many missing pickups, we sent emails, calls, A NIGHTMARE, cero communication on there side, customer service was most of the time lost, no knowledgable, the pick up process was very harsh with the property.

      The ongoing damage to our building by is out of control. We complained once the bins were drug along our newly stuccoed building, basically they said no video didn't happen, crew now continues to damage our building, slush pipes (stomping on the ends or banging the can into the pipe to dent so deeply they became plugged). Called Customer service basically we just keep getting a message no video no credibility. All of the damage is at the height of the handles of the bin. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

      Our company has been with Rubicon for 6 months and have had the worst service possible from a company. We contracted for weekly pick up of two 4 yrd dumpsters. It two months to get 4 yrd dumpsters instead of 3. Our pu day is Wednesday, they don't come, I have to wait 24 hours to put in a service request (Thursday), by friday they will ask me to send them pictures to prove it. then Monday I will receive an email with a screen shot of times that they claim prove the driver picked up the trash. Then they may show up that Tuesday or Wednesday. So I have to deal with this company daily through email and case#'s but literally get no service. They will not adjust the bill, so effectively they sell you a contract and then cut in half while you spend man hours isolating video and taking pictures and emailing begging for customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

      Do NOT do business with this company!! They offered me a great rate for our business. We signed a contract, I had our current dumpster picked up and they never showed with our new bin. After a week of no reply they email me a generic email that they cannot provide service in our area! So apparently contracts mean nothing anymore? If I could give negative stars I would!

      Rubicon stood behind their warranty twice they have helped me out when front wheel brackets broke They sent me replacement parts FedEx prepaid at no cost. Then I had another broken part and again sent the parts to me. I'm very happy with customer service & quick replies to email. I installed the parts myself with no problems. The wheelchair is a great help to me I can't live without it and didn't want to send it back. Love the remote control. I use it outside a lot it makes my life easier Thanks Rubicon for standing behind your great wheelchair

      Nothing good to say about them. Their salesman said our rates would never change but every year they tried to push them up. I cancelled in may this year but they never processed the cancellation. Now they are saying I have to pay the bill and keep paying until 30 days after the paperwork they have just sent me. No apology offered. No offer to fix the problem. And refund us for most of June Go anywhere else, but don’t use these guys
