      The customer states that the company was paid $1500 to perform work at her home. She contends the company did not want to honor her request to perform work only when she was home. The customer states the animals are back in her attic, which the company was paid to stop. The customer also states that a gutter the company installed is now hanging down.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/27) */ Ace Roofing was hired to fix damaged wood behind a fallen gutter. We do not do pest control and were not hired as such. We have reached out to the customer multiple times to schedule a visit to our investigate her requests. We have also stopped by two times and waited for over an hour for her to come home so that we can discuss her needs. She says that she has left multiple messages with a lady at our business, but there is no female ever answering our business line. The customer has not made herself available for us to make any attempt to meet with her and address her concerns and will not allow us to investigate while she is not home.
