      This company worked with a buyer’s agent during the sale of my house. The contractor went on to my roof, without my permission, to inspect. I happened to be coming back to the house to pick up a few more things, when the contractor hurriedly put his ladder on his truck, and drove off without saying a word to me. I had to call my agent and have him get to the bottom of why they were there. Per the agent, the contractor was instructed to wait for the approval before he came to my house. The contractor decided to bypass that instruction and got on to my roof without my knowledge. This is a huge liability. Had he fallen and gotten hurt, that could have been my issue to handle at that point. He also could have damaged the roof/gutters while up there, causing me to have to repair them as I would have had no idea what even caused it. I would have expected a call from a manager/owner apologizing for their employee’s mistake, but didn’t hear a word from them. Currently awaiting a call back from the owner.

      What a pleasure it was to work with Angel and his company, United Contracting, LLC on our roof replacement from hail damage. From the start to finish he made sure to be present or have a supervisor on site. Daily someone would introduce themselves to me as the site supervisor. Communication is key, and they knocked it out of the park! They cleaned up perfectly afterwards as well. From start to finish was only a few days. I highly recommend Angel and United Contracting!
