On 8/16/21 I was towed from my apartment complex THE WYATT. I had a premium parking sticker in the window of my truck. I walked out that morning to go to class and come to find out I was towed. I called METRO TOWING and I was talked to terrible very unprofessionally. Instead of them saying sorry or that they was in the wrong they continued to blame the wrongful tow on me. I had to walk to METRO TOWING after having to miss class. I was never compensated for my time or apologized to. I think this business should be held accountable for the wrongful doing and change there business practices.Business response
