      Scam artists!! After requesting to have a wrecked car towed to a nearby lot, the tow driver kept pushing back and insisting it be towed to their lot where it will be “easier to retrieve, cheaper to tow, and that insurance would cover the cost.” After going back and forth with him, I finally conceded. At this point, everyone was so shaken up from being hit by another driver who ran a red light. Now, four days later and they refuse to give the car back without jumping through a million hoops. This company is nothing but a cash grab. They manipulate people in the throes of desperation to “believe” their “expertise” and then find every possible way to make a dollar off your unfortunate situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS. I’d give them negative stars if I could.

      I have never seen people so openly scam people in my life. I’ve heard they pay cops in Lexington a cut of their scam money. Overcharging people by literal hundreds, even thousands of dollars at a time. They lied about the time they towed my car, charged me for an hour tow time when the lot is 10 minutes from where it was towed and charged me for an extra day.

      Terrible customer service when trying to pick up a car from their location. They changed the requirements for pick up. I have a email from them stating requirements and when the towing company got on site they gave him different requirements. They kept playing dumb on previous conversations and acted if they had not spoke with anyone concerning the car to be picked up. They cover a perfectly good glass and shut door with crash wrap as well. The retrieving tow truck driver was there over two hours dealing with their shenanigans!

      Most horrible customer service and managerial style that I've ever seen in my life. Nobody returns phone calls, you ask one person something then another the same question and you get two different answers. How can anybody operate like that? I literally was trying to help somebody do the right thing, and you would have thought I was dirt under there feet. So as a result I'm out of it let them go through all of the things that they have to do, by law, when this simply could have been a gentleman's transaction. They are not gentlemen.

      Hooked up my wife’s car illegally. She was parked in a spot with no restrictive signs or warnings about towing. When confronted about the tow, kept using the excuse that it was private property and compared it to parking in someone’s driveway. False equivalency. KY law states there must be signage boldly visible claiming restricted parking/ tow zone which, again, there was not. They said the county has different rules which they did not provide and I cannot locate them online. Bunch of crooks
