    Well, on 09/06/2024 I went to this car lot, north broadway auto sales, I purchased a car obviously. Well, the car more than likely has a bad motor (timing chain) I have had it put on separate scanners at different shops. When I test drove the car I went to orileys and they put a code generator on and it ran as if it was a camshaft sensor ! But the sales manager then convinced me that if that was the case then it wouldn’t start, I unfortunately believed these guys! I called them asking for my money back they said no, I asked them to fix the car since I’ve only had it 4 days they said no! I have every call with them recorded because I plan to take them to court. This is not okay to sale junk cars to people. They showed me other cars but they drove absolutely horrible, I don’t know why I just didn’t get in my car and go else where. I am so upset with myself.

    They took the xtra key to my car and discarded it. They said after we drove off with the car. That key no longer would work on the car. And they wouldn’t even make a key or offer to pay to get that key replaced

    I bought the vehicle (2012 ********* *******) on Aug. 8th, 2022 from North Broadway Auto Sales, Inc. in Lexington, Kentucky. The second day after I bought the vehicle, it had severe problems: the engine has a massive oil leak; fron brakes caliper is sticking; the engine oil level is low and requires topping off; P0010 and P0013 - faulty intake and exhaust solenoid valves. I paid total $870 to fix the issues at ********** ***** * ******** ** *********. After the inital repair, on the way back to Virginia, I noticed the vehicle had a lot of noise both from the engine and the sunroof when driving on highway. On Aug. 14th, I did another inspection at *** ******** ** **************. The inspection cost 85 dollars and the report gave other major issues listed as: CE light on - noise when pressing gas; sunroof does not seal with button; P2097-00 post cat fuel trim high; B3697-4B sunroof actuator; steering wheel off venter (left) recommend alignment; brake vibration in front and rear - pads and rotors; clicking in right front when hard turn left; right front low beam headlight out; wheel bearing noise in rear; clunk in rear when going over bumps; engine is knocking a little. More dangerous, the front catalytic converter is rusted out at bracket - someone has applied JB weld to it, trying to fix, but the exhasut is leaking into CAB - Carbon Monoxicide Poisoning Risk. When I tried to drove the veicle from the mecanics, the vehicle literally stopped in midway with reduced power. It is very dangerous and fortunatelly the cars behind were able to make the stop. At that time, the following codes shown: P0011 - intake camshaft; P0016 - crank/cam correlation; P0089 - fuel pressure; P0520 - engine oil pressure; P2097 - post cat fuel system - high limit; and P228D - fuel pressure. The engine needs to be replaced and not drivable for now. I contaced the dealership several times and they are refuse to give any help. I am now in Lexington with the car lefted in Christiansburg.

    First of all we tried to show them a **** ******* and not a ******* 2nd they are sold as is and we totally told them all that!! They also drove the ******* 2 days in a roll before they purchased the vehicle!!

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with the statement that "I drove the vehicle on the road before I purchased it". The dealership is certainly lying about this. I have the bank statement prove that I bought the vehicle on Aug. 8th. at around 6 p.m. I restate that the vehicle was problematic before selling, and the vehicle was certainly not in any drivable condition at the time of selling. I reject the response.

    I purchased a vehicle from the car lot on June 23rd, paying $2500 down payment, I was out of town on the payment date which was 12 days after handing $2500 and they repossessed the vehicle and refuse to take any payment from me telling me 3 strikes your out, this car lot is supposed to be under new ownership and I haven’t gotten a vehicle from them in over 5 years so how can I have three strikes I asked to come get my things from the vehicle and was told I was not allowed to get them

    First of all it's the same owner for 30 years 2nd of all we clearly told him he can get his stuff!! Last we told him if he buys another car he has to pay it on time!! The last 2 times he tried to sell one of are cars to his roommate and wasn't paid for and took off to Texas and the other one he kept running from us!! I have all documentation from his other vehicles of all that I just said!! Thank you
