Purchased vehicle 8/10/24 noted oil leaking and burning required 1 quart of oil weekly. Text was sent to **** ****** a call was received from him with no resolution but him attempting to guide me to lie about the car to **** dealer. Spoke with *** in service at Strong and was told they don't service ****. They vehicle was inspected costing me $183. On a car I've made 2 payments on. And the inspection is attached showing 4 major oil leaks repair cost of $4500 not including labor per **** at **** Cincinnati. **** ****** was sent this information with no response. I was my $2200 cash that I put on car returned and I want the oil leaks fixed for free and a rental provided while repairs are completed. The warranty they sold me covers nothing. Which is funny cause the first one I was given was $500 deductible and the financial gentleman at Strong changed my across the parking lot to change it yo a policy $200 deductible. **** also reported there was no way Strong could not been aware of the oil issue with all the oil that is blown onto the back of the vehicle. They did not inform me of any issues. I was told by the salesman it was an excellent vehicle with no issues.

The customer purchased a 2016 **** from the dealership that was out of factory warranty and therefore sold to her AS IS.  She did purchase an extended warranty that should have covered some of the repairs she needed.  I spoke to her a couple of times about the issues and tried to offer to help her with the repair shop or communicate with the warranty company but each time I did speak to her, she or her husband would get very rude.  I will try and help anyone that has a problem but once you talk to me in a manner that is aggressively rude then i have no desire to help you.

Purchased a 2019 Lexus Rx from them. 1st of all, the delivery people was in the parking lot screaming about they have a car for sale, and told my neighbors to only give them $5k wtf are these people doing? Secondly I went to the ?? station & the vehicle shuts off! Every light showed up, yes Xmas tree lights, then the vehicle starts shaking! I haven't driven 5 miles yet. Next I see that all of the the tires are bald! I called and Gary gave me some bs excuse, which I obviously didn't buy! I called back and some guy gave me the runaround about he wasn't sure who's the salesman was. This is clearly lemon law territory people!! I'm not sure wtf they're business practices are, but this is obviously a COME BACK & GET THIS PIECE OF ?? I DON'T WANT THIS!! Will be reporting them to everyone & warning my Kentucky relatives about never purchasing anything from them!! Bad business!! ?? ??

We spoke to customer several times over the last two weeks about the vehicle.  We delivered it to him in Minnesota so we could not look at the issues ourselves he was having with the vehicle once it was delivered to him.  We had him take it to a Lexus store for evaluation.  The Lexus store determined that it did have an issue we were unaware of at time of sale, so we had Lexus fix the problem at our expense.  After fixing this issue, customer is happy and is keeping the vehicle. We strive for everyone to be happy with their purchase from Strong Auto.  Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

On Friday, December 29th 2024 or Saturday, December 30th 2024 I purchased a vehicle from Strong Auto that they knowingly hid dangerous issues about. On the drive home electrical components of the vehicle started working erratically. Our teenage daughter had to get home to go to work so we couldn't immediately turn around. The situation got much worse as the next day the ESP to work on its own, applying the brakes as my wife was driving at interstate speeds. The dealer was called, they refused to let me speak to the GM and instead told me to take it to bring it to there service department. On the way to the service department I almost lost control of the van as it completely shut off while driving at interstate speed. I had to pay $250 to get the vehicle towed to the shop. This was the 6th day after the purchase. The service department said that a wire in the door jam was broke which caused all of the issues. It was repaired, I was charged another $250 and sent home. It is my belief that they just erased the codes on the car and sent us on our way. Two days later with my children in the vehicle and wife driving, the car completely shut off causing her to almost lose control. After a few minutes she was able to get the car started, brought it home where it has been since. The dealer knowingly sold me a defective, dangerous vehicle and put my family in danger. The dealer will not return my calls or messages. I don't know what to do at this point.

The customer came into the dealership on that Saturday and purchased the vehicle.  Customer was allowed to test drive the van before purchasing it.  The van was driven without any issues during the test drive.  The van is a 2010 Model Year vehicle so it is approximately 14 years old.  At the time of sale, nothing was promised or due on a document that we have the customer sign which is called "We Owe".  I can provide a copy of this document if necessary.  Also, due the fact that the vehicle was 14 years old, it was sold AS IS.  I can provide a copy of the signed AS IS agreement as well.  At the time of purchase the vehicle was operating correctly or the customers would not have purchased it. We did have the customer bring the van in as he stated and we did fix an issue with the door.  At that time when he was here, I did speak to the customer and explain to him that we would try to do to help him.  I told him we were sorry he was having this problem and i would give him a discounted price for any work we did for him.  However, at time of purchase, he was aware he was buying a 14-year-old vehicle with over 100K miles and it was sold AS IS.  If the vehicle is still having problems, he is welcome to bring it back and see if we can find the solution for him.

August 11th 2023 is when I bought it. And I wasn’t explained to perfectly what I was paying so went from 13,500 to 21,000. I went back in to try to make sense of it and even when I walked in all he said was “What?” I looked at him and asked “I know it won’t change anything but I’m just trying to get this explained to me?” My contract and the extra fees. **** was very rude and seemed frustrated I even asked. He did not explain anything at all, I truthfully don’t think he knew what was going on or what my contract meant. After this I told him I needed my tires replaced because they all leaked and should have been changed before I bought it. He explicitly told me “we won’t do **** for you!” “Watch!” Even though it is in my contract for easy care that I paid 2K for. At that point I swore at him and left while he spat curses at me.

I am sorry to hear you had this issue with one of my employees.  We take pride in having great relationships with almost all our customers.  I will certainly address this issue with him.  You are welcome to come in the dealership at any time and ask to speak with me or my finance manager **** and we can review any questions you may have regarding your paperwork.  Thank you for your business.

Purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 from them in last of September of last year. Was told the truck was a good truck and had invested a lot of money in it before they would s**e it . Never was showed a car fax or told the truck had been in a previous accident and had extensive rear end damage. Took the truck to have it checked out and was told it would cost a lot to repair the motor on the truck. C**led them and the s**esman was c**led Big ** and he kept telling us no don’t do anything and I will find you another truck. Of course that never happened. We kept c**ling him and got the same story every time. Don’t worry I’ll find you another truck! Now we are stuck with a $16,000 dollar piece of junk. When we asked about the rear end damage he said they didn’t use car fax they used Auto Check. We **so checked into that and it’s the same as Car Fax, so he had to know about the truck having extensive rear end damage when he sold us the truck but never said anything about it and told us it was a good truck. We have kept in contact with Big ** but to no resolution on anything! We were lied to and and convinced we were buying a good truck, but got one we can’t drive very far for fear of breaking down.

Vehicle was purchased as stated at the time stated.  The vehicle had 178,000 miles on it at time of purchase.  We do use Auto Check rather than CarFax.  Auto Check picks up data announced at Auction that CarFax doesn't pick up therefore we prefer this vehicle history report.  Anyone that asks us for a vehicle history report is given them.  **so, we post them for everyone to see on our website.  I am sorry you are having this problem but it sounds as if it doesn't have anything to do with the rear of the vehicle but rather engine issue.  Obviously, you were made aware at time of purchase that this vehicle was being sold AS IS due to the mileage on the vehicle.  Again I am sorry for this issue.

I purchased a 2015 GMC Acadia from the business. The passenger side wheels had damaged front and back. The business agreed to replace them. The car run find until they replaced the wheels. The car has a violent vibration when driving. I parked the car for several days until I could notify the business. The business looked at the car. They brought me the keys back and said they made it a little better, but it did not fix the problem. When I asked what they were going to do about it, they replied nothing. I did not have a problem until the wheels were replace, and I have a service contract that covers this.

I reviewed the deal and it did have a hold out on the deal to do something with the wheels.  It is my understanding that what was promised was done.  I reached out via telephone to the customer but he did not answer my call.  I left him a message and i am awaiting his return call to see if something we promised to do that did not get done.

I am rejecting this response because: I've tried calling **** ****** back four times without a return phone call.  The issues with my wheels is still not resolved.  After the dealership installed the new wheels, the car shakes horribly.
