    2k down on a 10 year old van, total price of 15k. The worst started a week after we got it. Had to have it towed 3 times. Starter went out, alternator went out, brakes were bad. A year after, the transmission started slipping, the mechanic told me to bring it in. We did. He basically said to drive it till it couldn't be drove anymore. Transmission went out 12/4/23 leaving me and my disabled son stranded for hours on the side of the interstate taking him to a very important dr appointment. They never offered to fix it or put us in something else. I've made my payments on time for almost 2 years. The sales lady said we'd have to put more money down to get into something else. People work hard for their money and should get better treatment than that. If you leave them a very real review that's not positive, they get nasty. Listen to your customers, if the car is crap, it's crap. Make it right with your loyal customers. Now I'm out of a car and no way to get to important Dr's. Both my son's and myself are disabled. I just wanted to be treated fairly. Should've fixed my van or put me in something else. Not even 2 years and still owed almost 8k on a vehicle not worth 3k.
