    Horrible experience! First I place an order and they make it impossible to cancel even, in which I was cancelling after I read the horrible reviews. Of course everything went ignored the order comes completely broken and I reach out to them where I’m told too bad I need to wait for the rest of my delivery to even get what I paid for. In the middle of the conversation the lady went cold. The products smell like cheap candles and the customer service is worse than anything I experienced.

    Terribly long wait for shipping after being delayed so much. Will buy from bath and body works and spend the extra for good customer service.

    Terrible customer service. Shipment came and some got broken. I text customer service two times in one day. The next day I sent anther message and still no reply. I had to call my credit card company to stop payment. I will stay with Bath and Body any day. Great customer service and great people that work there. Please save your money these candles suck.

    I had been looking for Red Velever scent candles and body sprays for a few years now and could never find anyone that carried them. I just so happened to check GooseCreek’s website (I get emails all the time) after Christmas and saw that they had 3 products with the Red Velvet scent!! I order the 3 wick candle and the body mist. It was during their after Christmas sale so I even got them for a good discount! HOWEVER, when I finally received my order I opened it only to discover that the body mist had been poorly packaged and the lid cracked and the bottle was leaking from somewhere. I was so upset. A product I had been looking for forever had now come damaged in my first ever order from this company. The candle was perfectly fine however. So I contacted requesting a refund for the Red Velvet body spray and a hope of being sent a replacement (as this has happened with other companies I have ordered from in the past when I have received a damaged product). When Vivi responsed to my refund request she just refunded the body mist and put cute little smily faces saying “sorry for the inconvienience”. After going back and forth in emails she told me that it was “policy” that they could not send me a replacement. I discovered the item was still available on the website (for even cheaper) so I order it again paying more for shipping then the actual product itself. HOWEVER, when I got this new order while the spray was packaged better then the first one it was the WRONG SCENT!!! I was so pissed. I emailed AGAIN with the issue asking for a FULL refund and a replacement RV Spray sent. I get a response today from Vivi again saying that she issued a refund but due to sales the product us no longer in stock and a replacement cannot be sent. I was livid. I contacted support through chat on the website and did end up getting refund for the shipping as well; but I either way did not get my body spray I ordered. Not sure if I will ever order from this company again HORRIBLE!

    Awful customer service is a joke, I’ve ordered candles and either they come broke or like right now I’ve purchased over $600 dollars worth and yet to receive them. They will not respond to my emails and the shipping continues to say being delayed. It’s leaving me no other option but to report them so this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I’m currently having my back get my money back, it’s appears I’m not getting what I’ve been waiting and paid for. Don’t order from them.

    I ordered candles it’s been over 15 days and they haven’t even shipped yet. They had no problem taking my $70 though. $70 for candles and I can’t even a email back. They just took my money and it seems like they just took everyone else’s money too. It shouldn’t matter if your candles are going “viral” online. If you don’t have enough candles in stock then why are they even on the site? That doesn’t help me with getting my money back that they stole. You can’t get ahold of anyone in this company.

    Extremely disappointing customer service. Candle order placed on 12/8 (within the specified time to have for Christmas). The candles didn’t even ship u til the 26th! Customer service emails went unanswered and now they want the customer to pay an additional $6 for returning the items that weren’t received within the promised time.

    I ordered candles for my staff for Christmas. I was worried when the order still has not yet arrived and emailed them on their company website with no response. It is disappointing not having any communication back regarding my inquiry. We all understand shipping delays around the holidays however communication is key as well as hospitality to your customers. Laura P********

    Placed an order Dec 7th and it was just now delivered today, 12/27. I purchased 7 candles for Christmas gifts and had to purchase new gifts to replace them. Emailed customer service and the only thing I asked for was that they refund the shipping cost and they refused. Terrible customer service

    Without doubt or hyperbole, this is the worst company with which I have dealt. They make it impossible to speak with a representative or file a complaint or ask questions. Their customer service is nonexistent. They should be ashamed and should not be allowed to have a business. I’m disgusted I bought anything from them.
