      They cancelled a high risk surgery a week before, and then blscklisted my special needs daughter as a patient.

      We are writing in response to a complaint filed against Advanced ENT and Allergy regarding the cancellation of a high-risk surgery for a patient's daughter, who has special needs, and her subsequent blacklisting as a patient.
      We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation from our perspective. The cancellation of the surgery was not attributed to the patient's daughter's special needs but rather resulted from an insurance issue that arose during the pre-operative process. Our practice promptly communicated this matter to the patient in question.

      Unfortunately, despite our efforts to address the situation and maintain open communication, interactions between the patient and our staff became contentious. Despite repeated reminders about the importance of professionalism and respect in all interactions, the behavior persisted, creating a challenging environment for both parties involved.
      At Advanced ENT and Allergy, our utmost priority is to provide high-quality care to all of our patients in a professional and respectful manner. Regrettably, in this particular circumstance, despite our best efforts, it became evident that continuing the patient-provider relationship would not be conducive to providing the level of care we strive to deliver.

      We want to emphasize that the decision to discontinue the patient-provider relationship was not taken lightly but was made with the well-being and best interests of both parties in mind. We regret any inconvenience or misunderstanding that may have resulted from this situation and assure you that it was never our intention to cause distress.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues in a fair and equitable manner.

      Had an appointment on 11/10. Has to call and cancel because my car wouldn’t start. I a few weeks later I received a bill . I called and was transferred to several departments trying to talk about this bill. My car would not start and I couldn’t get to th appointment . The billing department said i needed to talk to the allergy testing department because they are the department that put the bill on my account . The allergy department said i hey done handle billing and then I was send to a lady who said she would send me to the person who works as a office manager and what she would send her an email . I left a message and still never received a response. I received another bill and I called left a message for billing department to ball me … but no return Call. I could not help my car wouldn’t start and I shouldn’t be held reasonable when I didn’t have transportation. No one even returned my phone call to discuss this . Bad customer service
