    Since july 2023 i have been fighting landlord to fix my AC in my rented apt. I have requested hvac 12 times for 1 yr. They still have not fixed it. For past month i have only had air 3 times, other days my apt was 85 to 91 degrees, when i moved into this apt even balcony screen is busted out of use, and both bedroom screens have holes all in them. They refused to replace so not only have they not fixed my air me and my son has been confined in the heat of apt with no way to get air even outside cause of screens. I told them last year my son has heart problems still nothing. Hvac tried 3 different things and none worked and i went straight to management and still nothing my last request was june 24, 2024. My heat does not work right either the heat and air both connected. Heat never fixed last winter. They have caused me anxiety attacks, stress and depression i am now seeing a psyciatrist and on meds. I lost 3 days work cause i couldnt breathe, got sent home from work had to go to dr now im on an inhaler, now i wont have the rent on 1st. Hvac lied, and codes and regulations inspector lied and did nothing. My screens are not in working order neither is my air or heat. I almost had 2 heat strokes. My safety manager at work had to calm me down was having anxiety attack

    Good Morning,

    This is in response to complaint ********.

    My name is ***** and I am the corporate office manager. At the time that the letters were received I was on a short leave of absence and missed the deadline to respond to the complaint. I have just come back to the office and would like to respond.

    We have had an HVAC repair company sent out to the unit multiple times. They changed a capacitor in early June, and everything was in working order after that. The tenant continuously complained several times afterward, so the hvac repair company went back out on multiple occasions and each time the a/c was working. See attached invoices every time they've gone out to assess the matter.
    Since the tenant was still insisting that there was an issue we got a different hvac company, called ***, to come out. We have done nothing short of addressing the issue and the HVAC is operating properly as far as we are concerned.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have went to management after every HVAC visit to let them know that air was still acting up I have videos showing temp rise on cool instead of cooling. Last video was Sept 15 it's not fixed . Ad every HVAC worker has been told by not only me but also management that air would work couple days then next days it wouldn't. They have been told this a million times and still refused to dig further and automatically putting it off as fixed. This ain't the end of this I even told your new manager what it does after I met your new management he told me to let him know next time it stops working so he can come see it I left voicemail when it wasn't working and he never came to apt. Even around 8th I told him he was free to go in cause it quit again but nothing this is 2 summers me and my son suffered won't happen 3rd time

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Your solution is for me to move out and lose all the money I have spent being here for 6 years because you think I am lying about the air. I have lived her 6 years good tenant never bother no one I work come home I do nothing to no one and your solution is me just throw all my money away money I worked my ass off for to be here not likely y'all are just horrible I would never lie about anything like this. Give me all my money back for 6 years and I will move and you never have to deal with me again

    I gave them a 30 day notice written and emailed. I scheduled a walk thru of my apartment so i can give them keys and get my deposit via text with ****** ********* * am currently here no one has shown up. I try multiple times to contact them no reply no one is ever in the office. On multiple occasions throughout my stay i am unable to reach anyone in the office with any issue I have had.
