      I stayed at this apartment for a couple of years. At the end of my lease I went month to month. Never late rate on my rent one time. I put my notice in Sept via email several times and made several calls. I entered the request though the self portal so it's documented more than once. Then they come back and try and tell me it had to be in writing. Not one time did they ever respond to my email and advise that it had to be in actual writing. I have made numerous attempts to reach out and still no response other than sending me a bill for 1400. I was out of my apartment by the end of the month 10/31 and turned in my key. They use the app resident portal so they have the same communication I do. Even one of the ladies at the front desk agreed with me and seen all documentation as well.
