    I purchased a vehicle from DJS auto sales in February of 2024. The car was sold to me with a lien on the title from 2019. I could not register or junk said car. I found out about the lien and called the other owner only to find out the lot has been permanently closed.

    I bought my truck from Dj’s sales he gave me 30 days warranty and agreement verbal agreement and send a text to my phone for the agreement to fix my air in a part on the engine with a 30 day warranty I had to take truck to the shop before 30 days because it was acting up i reached out to him never responded I reached out to company his worker stated she will call me back never did so I reached out to his son that works there he said I have to do all of that with DJ still never sent paperwork out to get my title tags or registration he told me actually forgot to do it and the engine went out on truck as well I just want it fixed or a new truck or refund I got the truck on 4/16/2024 in been having issues with the seller

    Last payment due was $141 on 09/06/2023 actual payment is $200 every two weeks Monthly payment is $400 Owner agreed to me making a late payment on 09/16/2023 we spoke about car issues being that the car wasn't even drivable. Without any communication after saying I could pay late! He took the car for $354 dollars My monthly payment was $400. Which i was going to pay that Friday. The owner then told me to pay the car off in full to get it back.. Complete scam I only had the car 5 months i put down $2800 to get the car and was making double payments. That why the last payment was only $141.

    I bought a car in March 2023, I dropped $3,500 and the car was priced for $5,000. I was supposed to pay $300 a month INTEREST FREE until the $5,000 was paid off. The car got repossessed on August 28th, 2023. He stated I had to pay $2,016 plus the $500 tow fee. I got the $2,016 paid down to $600. I missed two $300 payments which equaled the $600. I only owed $600. He tried to state that once you miss one payment they don’t lease the car anymore and I have to pay the remaining balance down.

    Hey I bought a white 2013 ford fusion for DJ auto sales Mach of this year. I agreed to pay for the transfer fee. However I can’t transfer the car into my name because the dealer (DJ) hasn’t sent me my title. I have contacted him and his employees stating the urgency! Because now my car isn’t register. But I have gotten the run around on when he’s going to send it! I’ve went to the DMV in Kentucky they can’t help me because the tile is in Indiana. I call that dmv and they tell me they can’t do nothing I can file a complaint and gave me a website where I can try to get a court issue for him to send me my title. I have sent him a certified letter stating that I need the title! And I’ve still haven’t received my title nor heard anything back. The times o have talked to him over the phone he has mistaken me for other women. So I feel like I’m not the only this is happening to.

    Bought a car for 5000 dollars and the car stop working . And sold me some shady warranty.

    I went to Dj’s auto sales April 29th, 2023 traded my 2008 Nissan rogue the first car I was put in had engine issues the engine went out on me while I was heading home so I was put in another car a 2013 Chevy captiva. I paid $4500 for my vehicle. I just found out that dj did not transfer over everything like he should have he did not charge me the sales tax of the vehicle therefore I have to come out of pocket $312 because I have to transfer everything myself when it should have been done at the time of sale when I purchased my vehicle. I was also charged extra for a new temp tag i was charged $60. I want dj auto sale to pay for the transfer for me to be able to get my tags and license plate as if should have been done way before I left the lot.

    When I wrote down the message online I left out a part they charged me $80 for a replacement temp tag and it was one of the guys in djs shop that charged me. Also.. My title was mailed to me by a third party lady named ***** the lady had my full address along with my full social security number the title has no name on it my name is only on the back of the title. If you could please return my call at ************ when you get the chance. Thank you.

    I have brought my van it cost 1800 dollars. Payed cash for this car and I still do not have legal tags on the vehicle the owner ******* keeps giving me temp tags and keeps saying he will fix the issue but has not it's been almost 4years and I'm still driving on temp tags. I had to talk to the officer after getting into a accident and the officer told me that the van has not been registered since 2013 I have had the car since 2019. I have put money into the car which has added up to more than the price of the car my key still gets stuck into the ignition and they refuse to help me on this issue and if they do offer help I have to spend more money. I have never been in this situation before and I do not know how to deal with this other than taking them to court but I'm not the only person that this has happened to there is a lot of other people saying the same thing this dealership for used cars takes ur cash gives u a bucket and ur stuck with a car that doesn't work and no legal paper work on the vehicle u brought how can we get a solution for these people who constantly slamming people with the car that they are selling they are only out for ur money. He ask me to bring my car back and spend more money for a car with tags after he been promising me my tags will be ready but been driving with only insurance for the last few years I really need my tags and I don't know what to do.
