Went to have my headlight looked at because it was cutting off and on.Only on the driver side.They where suppose to look at it call me back before fixing it and to let me no what it was and the cost.Well when they called back they said it was done and it was 437.00 dollars and it was the bulb.They didn't call me they just fixed it.And it's still cutting off.Whe I called back to tell them he told me it could be the ballister.It couldn't be the bulb because it still works. And charged me 90 dollars per side just to replace bulbs which I only needed the driver's side changed.Why didn't they look at the ballister to make sure. And then when I asked why didn't you call me before you fixed it and he said because I assumed you wanted it fixed.If I knew it was going to cost that much I would have said no especially if it was not fixed.I just want my refund because now I have to have the ballister fixed.And if they won't refund my money I need iinformation on who I can take to court that represents the business.They were wrong for fixing it without letting me know what was wrong with it and telling me how much.And the problem still exists. They said it was the bulb but it's not so they didn't diagnose the problem like the said.
