    On 7/1/22 I purchased a ( SIS) Sister Wig DR-LACE H KANI ( SOMBRE RT 27/30) item # ************ from Nadia Beauty Supply located at **** ***** ***** *********** ** ***** .7/4/22 I opened the wig and wore it for the first time and immediately started to experience extreme shedding of the wig .7/8/22 the shedding continues and is getting worse .I contacted the store and spoke to a female store associate by the name of( *** )who advised me to contact the corporate store located at **** *** ****** *** *********** ** ***** and speak the manager (*****) .On 7/8/22 I contacted the corporate store but ( *****) was away on vacation or something of that nature and instead talked to a store associate by the name of ******* who told me that there was nothing that could be done about the wig and to reach out to the manufacturer (SIS) ********* .I contacted the manufacturer and they said that there was nothing they could do about the wig as well and to contact the store that I purchased it from.on 7/16/22 I reached back out to the manager ***** again he said that there was nothing that they could do .I have only wore this wig 12 days and by the 7th day , only one week after purchase, it is a complete loss, damaged ,and waste of money .And I want to add that Iam aware of the stores refund policy ( NO REFUND, EXCHANGE ONLY ) and in this case were the wig is extremely shedding to the point it is unwearable because the excessive shedding has caused damage to the appearance of the wig is unacceptable .And I ask that either the store honors and uphold their exhange policy or the manufacturer take responsibility for the product. I want to add that I also have videos that can be forwarded to whom this may concern upon request that includes more detailed look into the problem that Iam experiencing with this wig if needed.
