      I had purchased a product from this business and when we receive the product it did not work. I called them to discuss what I should do about the product and they said it is within a warranty. And to send it back in and if they could not fix it they would replace it. I sent my product back in and then I called them to see when they got the product back and they told me they had never received it and then stopped taking my phone calls and I never got a refund for them taking the product back and never replacing it. I have been fighting this for a long time and now they have swapped their name on the business and there is no phone number for me to call to see about getting my refund or my replacement for a product I purchased. I had no issues with the business prior but then they told me to send them back a product so they could look at it and see about fixing or replacing it and I never heard back from them they told me they never found the mail that it was shipped back to them and I never received a refund or replacement and I am now convinced they have stolen from me.

      This order was from 2 years ago and there has been no communication since we emailed you an rma to return this. You recently sent us an email advising us you sent it back 2 years ago and I requested the return tracking number from you that just confirms it was returned since our Quality Team is not showing it as inspected or received. I will be glad to refund the order in full if you can provide me with the tracking number that shows it was returned. Thank you and have a wonderful week!!

      I am rejecting this response because:

      this was not *two* years ago and I called customer service line multiple times in 2023 asking about the case. I no longer have the tracking information, customer service has been completely unhelpful and then there was no phone number to call after the business merged with another. 
      I mailed the item back and kept calling customer service with my info and they told me they couldn’t find anything. 
      very dissatisfied with the business and service and lack of professionalism in the customer service department. I have an email now stating I have a credit on my account, but I’m not sure I want to deal with the business ever again.

      Direct Vapor closed and Vaporfi gave you a credit on your account for Direct Vapor as a good faith. There is not a Direct Vapor anymore. That is all we could do was offer a credit.

      The vendor's promised delivery date has expired and they have no reliable means to contact them to understand the delay. No USPS tracking number has been provided, even though their website state the order was shipped 10 days ago. Their website only provides internal tracking information via a carrier called BOXCHECK. I am expecting either immediate delivery or a full refund.

      I placed my order with DirectVapor on March 6, with a 5-8business day delivery timeframe. I was moving, but it wasn’t for 14 days so I figured it was safe. My order hadnt moved, so I reached out and requested a cancellation and refund on 03/11/23. This was “not possible” per directvapor. The order was delivered AFTER I stated I moved, but I never received the order. It was signed for by a “F. sjort” per the delivery confirmation but I had moved. Direct Vapor refuses to acknowledge their issue or refund my order.

      I bought vape product from Direct Vapor on 3/2/2023. I haven't received my order yet. Direct Vapor is part of ******* ***** ******* *** and ******** ******* ******** Online I see they all use the same physical address in Louisville, KY. There is no phone number for Direct Vapor and just so other consumers know ******* is also part of their company that sells vape products online. On the website for Direct Vapor the only way to contact them is by a chat box. When you click on the chat box it automatically fills with some explanation that they use a 3rd party for shipping, and that this is because the **** *** doesn't let them use *** or **** anymore. This is why I haven't gotten my order! But the fact that they took my order knowing they have no way to ship it to me from Kentucky to Florida. The resolution I seek is to get my order to me within 5 business days, or a full refund. I paid $97.16, with tax.

      Placed an order for like $80 with this company on February 23rd. Shipping was guaranteed within 3-8 days. Now it’s march 11th and my order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed the company multiple times to cancel my order and they refuse to do so. This is a scam company and I urge everyone to stay away from them.

      on 02/24/23 I purchased a box mod. Order #2802437328. On the website, it says 3-8 business days for shipping. It's 03/10/23 and still no product. I using the tracking link that was provided, and it's another un-contactable company called Boxcheck, which lies with updates saying they attempted delivery 2 days ago, but it was "unsafe to leave". Funny, because I'm suppose to sign for it, I was home, there's nothing on my cameras, and my pitbulls didn't raise hell. No phone number for them, and when I called then number provided through an online search, it ended up being ADT and not Directvapor. I have demanded a refund, and that they do whatever they have to to recall the package. I also can't help but notice numerous complaints on here for the same thing, so I'm wondering if they're intentionally ripping people off.

      I made a purchase of $106.14 on direct vapor on 02/15/23 Order #********** I purchased 8 disposable vapes. They send the package with a carrier, i never heard of And i paid $5.99 for a adult signature required, i stayed in my house the whole day for this delivery to received it. Because in my area has been a lot of packages being stolen. Then i received a text from direct vapor that my order has been delivered when i didn’t sign for it,i contacted direct vapor by telephone and they told me that i sign for it and i told them i didn’t the driver didn’t even approached my door, i have a ring camera.so they open a investigation and then they contact me by email that they accept as proof that the driver just forged my signature and left my package i don’t even know where. When i contact the carrier first they told me that i sign it, and i told then i didn’t and i want to see proof of that signature,they told me they will call me back, and they didn’t so i called back and this time they told that the driver called me at my cellphone and i authorized to forged my signature and leave my package, i ask if that was they procedures and they told me not and the reprehend the driver,so i ask proof for the call and they told me they will not provide it, So now my package is missing and no body is responsible. My door is just 5 step from building entrance come on why don’t just knock and do the right thing. But direct vapor accepted the fake signature and birthdate as proof of delivery. And don’t want to give me my money back I hope this can help Please don’t order from here they don’t care

      I see you did a chargeback and I also see that you and the driver spoke. We were sent that phone record. Also in your email you wrote and I quote as this is cut and pasted "So why you charge for delivery signature If he can sign it and leave it wherever he want it I have my ring videos where he didn’t leave it even close to my doorSo where he left itCan you imagine if a minor got a packagejust because just delivery service decide to sign in my name I left the package"

       

      You received your refund already from the chargeback and in the email you stated you saw in your ring camera he left it and wanted to know why you were charged a sign fee if he just leaves it.

The order was supposed to be in transit both times.I was supposed to receive this order no later than 8 days from purchase date. When called on 2/1/2023 I was told to give them 30 days for receipt of order.Credit card company has been notified.
