      August 4 made a bridge pay payment of $25 to turn my cell phone service on and pay )50 by the 10 of august or within 7 days! On august 8 I made the $50 payment early and on august 10 my cellphone service has been off ! I have been unsuccessful with fair communication from the store they demand that I pay another $26 when my bill And agreement to pay 50 not $51 or $ 53 I followed the link and make my payment and they refuse to turn my services on and I have a disability and need my phone! They want me to default and pay them extra but they are penalized me for paying early ! The store threatened to call the police on me when I explained I paid for my service and $1 should not be the issue it was their system And expect to Over charge customers over a glitch in their system A dollar!

      I researched this issue and discovered this is not our customer.  The disputed transaction is from North Carolina and we are located in Kentucky.  Looked over images and it looks like the dispute is with cricket customer care.  There were no receipts images attached to show rep or location they were at..
