**** ***** ****** Definitely would not recommend it. I brought my phone up here to get my charging port replaced because it would not work with my Razer controller. When I got it back the phone was in a constant restart loop. Brought it back multiple times and each time it got worse. They even reinstalled *** on it and when that didn't fix it they gave it back to me and said, "well, here's your money back, we can't fix it." The phone was functional and working when I brought it there and they were the only ones that worked on it. Now it's unusable and I'm worse off than where I started. I ended up having to get the whole phone replaced by Apple. I spent over $100 in gas because I live about an hour away from this place. They refused to help any further than giving me my (now broken) phone back and a refund. No credit towards a new phone, no Apple gift card, nothing. In reality, they cost me a phone and gas, coming out to around $550. What a ripoff place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. They'll take your electronics apart and break something, and then say it was a defective device in the first place. These people are unprofessional and acted like I was a complete idiot, as well as talking over me and interrupting while I was trying to reason with them. They also tried to claim that some software or third-party app was causing the issue, but they wiped the drive and reinstalled iOS, so how was the app still causing issues? What, the app's ghost? Do you think I'm stupid? No, it was YOU who messed with the insides of my phone, and YOU who reinstalled iOS. And now YOU can't fix the "board-level" issue that who? Who was it again? YOU created. No new phone was offered, no attempt to keep me as a customer, no incentive was given for me to come back. Citing "policy," they couldn't give me a new phone even though they broke mine. If I could I'd give this place a 0/5, I would. They don't even deserve the 1/5 minimum rating. Watch out for this place. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to get your electronics fixed, this is not the place for you.
