      WE have leases a copier/fax machine from this company since 2018, with no issues with duplicate bills, however in the last nine months or so, they will send out past due bills several times, saying they never received, the checks, I've given them copies of they cancelled checks before, and they corrected their problem that was around Christmas. However last week they started it again, and are saying we now owe them past due amount of $ 67.26, this amount has been paid and we sent them copies of the checks again. The lady in accounts payable is an older woman and not very vice at all she is very rude. Please help resolve this issue & I would like to warn others of their fradulant billing.

      Unfortunately, the customer was getting invoices that were paid confused. She believed that she had paid invoice number ****** for $67.26. However, what she actually paid was invoice number ****** for $67.87.

      The customer finally realized this mistake and paid the open invoice number ******, as we received payment in full on 3.23.2023 on check number *****  

      We are sorry that the customer did not feel that they were properly communicated with, as we are always striving to bring the best in customer service.
