    We were hit by a tornado on 4/5/23. Dane was working on our street and put his card on our door. We were advised by our insurance company on Easter Sunday that we could go ahead and begin mitigation to get our power on after LGE was finished putting all our power lines and poles back up we had to have Dane put the Riser back on our roof. He did with the understanding that he would be paid once our insurance claim was submitted like everyone else that did emergency work here. He acknowledged and then began the same day calling and threatening our insurance adjuster saying he would turn our power off if they didn't pay him. The day after he did the work he began sending threatening voicemails and emails to me and my husband. He is still threatening us and we just got his invoice yesterday. He says he's going to call LGE and have them turn off our electricity and make us wait until he calls in an inspection. We just got the invoice yesterday and mailed out the payment only to have him threaten us again with LG&E. He has six months to get it inspected so..I called my attorney and they said if he shows up call 911. He is a threatening thug.

    Thompson Electrical Service is a very honest, dependable and respectful company. Dane was the young man who came to my home and installed fans in my bathrooms. He came back a second time and put recess lights in my kitchen. I’m very happy and appreciative of the work Dane did for me. Thanks, Linda Peete
