Purchased a camper through this company on July 19th. As of today, Aug 22nd, they still have not sent my registration paperwork to the DMV for processing. So now I'm paying on a camper that I can't even use. They charge a large fee for what purpose? They obviously cannot complete the simplest of tasks in a timely manner. Once they get your fee they could care less about the consumer. Maybe we'll get to use the camper next year...ridiculous.Business Response

Hi ***, thank you for letting us know of your concerns. Your loan contra** funded on 7/22 and the loan payoff was received by the sellers bank, Bank ** *** ***** on 7/25/2022. They released the title and we received it from them on 8/16/2022. The title transfer packet was processed and sent to ** DMV, they have confirmed receipt of it 8/23/2022. We have been told by them it is a 15 day processing time currently. We have asked for an update and the DMV has our email address to send updates. We are sorry this isn't going as quickly as you would like, as we have worked to get this processed as quickly as possible during this busy busying season. Once we have the packet back, we will be able to provide more details on the taxes and fees charged.Initial Complaint

I purchased an RV on April 28, 2022 using My Financing Usa. All the paperwork was completed and we took possession of the camper on this day. My Financing Usa was supposed to do the title work and file for registration and we’d receive plates from them. The estimated time was 2 to 3 weeks. It is now been over three months since we took possession of our RV and we still have yet to receive plates. I’ve called over a dozen times and keep receiving the same answer that the title is somewhere else or the insurance company stamp has expired and we need to get a new insurance company stamp. It’s excuse after excuse. I’m about to make my fourth payment on my camper and have had it insured the whole time. We have missed multiple vacations and now the summer is almost over. I understand the delay of a week or so but this is ridiculous. It would’ve been easier and cheaper for me to fly to their headquarters and bring the title back to Massachusetts and file for the registration myself. I don’t know what else to do I’m paying for a camper I can’t use.Business Response

I purchased a boat 6-14-22 using MY Financing USA to secure a loan. My financing forwarded ppwk to **** *** for closing and requested ppwk signed and forwarded back to them. My impression was that the ppwk needed to register would be forwarded to me. I later learned that they insist on doing the registration to "protect the lender" Here it is now July 26 and I still cant take the boat out as it and trailer are not registered. I have already made the first payment for a boat to decorate my driveway. No sign of registration. BBB website seems to show this is a habit with them. I have contacted them numerous times with no clear answer as to when I might have a registered boat and trailer. The registration office is a couple of blocks from my home. This could already be done. I am very disappointed in this transaction.Business Response

Hello, I used MY fiancing USA to purchase a boat, part of their service is to get the Boat registered in the state where I reside, that is California. As you can see by the documents, I signed the final papers on 1/15/2022 it is now 7/20/2022, and I still have not received my Ca. Boat Registration from them. I started purchasing boat with company in4/5/2022 and have yet to receive the tags for the boat. I have contacted them multiple times and each time they tell me to give them more time to get the process completed and yet I have to make payments on the unit and cannot use it as I cannot tow the unit on the roadways legally. It is now June 13 and a manager is once again requesting more time to complete the process. This has been a terrible customer experience and having to pay for something I have not been able to use is terrible business. Please help resolve this with meBusiness Response

Hi *****, We are very sorry for all of the delay. We work very hard to keep things moving as quickly as possible. It is the busiest part of the buying season and we have been working overtime to handle the surge in volume. We hate that you are not happy with our turnaround time & take this very seriously.
There have been a number of miscommunications in regard to the transfer of the boat trailer in our conversations with the DMV office thus causing our miscommunication with you. The delay occurred because of the boat trailer size and that it was an out of state titled unit.
Texas had originally said the boat trailer would not need an out of state inspection. So the packet was sent with that information in mind. They rejected that packet. We called and tried to work it out over the phone and was unable to get consistent information on what was needed. As part of a 3 way call with you and the DMV, we finally reached a manager who worked thru this challenge and provided us with exact direction.
As of June 16th, the packet is now in DMV possession and and they are awaiting your arrival to complete the transfer. Thank you so much for your business. We are so grateful for your cooperation and consideration. We wish you the best summer full of family fun on your boat.Customer Answer

I financed an RV with My Financing USA back in March 29, 2022 along with paying the title and registration fees. April 22, 2022 My Financing USA said they were working with NJ DMV to complete my title transfer and registration. I already have acquired my RV on April 10, 2022. My Financing USA told me my documents were received at the NJ DMV on May 15, 2022 and it would be a 13 day turnaround. It is now June 9, 2022 (10 weeks into ownership) and I still can't use my RV and have already made two payments on it and in a week, making a third payment. I cannot transport it in NJ without plates, without getting ticketed, or at best my unit impounded. Ive called this company many times to try and resolve this problem and all I've been getting is the run around, and false promises. It's now been 10 weeks without plates or registration. When I ask to speak with a Manager they tell me to leave a voice message that goes nowhere. They have even gone as far as giving me a tracking # on a delivery to a NJ DMV location that doesn't even exist. When I question the tracking number they don't have an answer and put me to a voicemail to yet another Titles officer that doesn't exist. I've never had to go through such an ordeal with any vehicle financing company. NJ DMV work was always a one week turn around whenever I purchased a vehicle in the state of NJ or out. This is an unacceptable Business practice and I would very much like this matter resolved so I can get to using my RV like I intended two months ago. I have all the E-Mails to back my claim if need be. I feel I am being held Hostage. Please help me??? I also see on your website , I am not the only one with the same complaint with this company.Business Response

The titling team has been working overtime during this busiest time of the buying season to keep up with the large volume and so have the many DMV offices we utilize. The Great News is the transfer was completed as of 6/08/2022 and the license plates were delivered to you on 6/14/2022.
