    I went in to buy mirror a butterfly mirror and they didn’t have it in stock so I bought the display and they took 10% off of the display so today my wall man that puts my pictures up show me that the mirror has been broke and glued back together And they did not show me this when I purchased the mirror for $249 10% off

    9/21/22 I purchased 2 bedrooms set at the Home Center Store. The set up for the sets were made on 10/01/22. During the set up they scratch my floor on both bedrooms, and the driver crash the truck into my patio gutter. On 10/02/22 I personally went to the store to talk with the store manager about the house damage during the set up and he stated he can’t do anything about because the business is a family business and doesn’t have a liability insurance for their costumers damages. Also the manager stated he will need to contact the owner and show the owner my pictures to se what they can do, because he only could offer me $100 store credit. 10 days had passed and I haven’t heard anything about it. Also during the set up part of my furniture were broken and they replaced the next business day. Here I attached pictures about my damages.

    The Store Manager informed BBB that he attempted to reach the consumer three times on 11/1/22 around 3pm, 5pm and 7pm.  The store is will to fix the gutter that the driver hit.  They are also willing to offer the consumer $200 to repair the floor.  The consumer should call the Store Manager directly at ************ to schedule a time for the gutter repair.
